I don't quite understand as to why justice is taking long to be delivered. A crime is a crime. He should have been punished long ago. Most of our boolywood stars are hand in gloves with criminals one way or the other. Infact public figure ( read hero's) should undergo a stiffer sentence.

Let the law take its own course. Nobody is above law whether he is an actor or a doctor or an IAS officer. Offence is offence. He should prove that he was and is innocent. I hope the judge would take lenient veiw of the situation and relieve from the clutches of law.
Majority of actors dumb above waist..Law shud be same for everyone..somehow managed with influence that he was not a terrorist "At that time".Now not to worry, Sonia Gandhi & Dutt's sister MP wl make sure the verdict of 5 yrs sentence is delayed till Dutt turns 70 & many actor turned politicians incl opposistion wl protect him.God save India....Ha Ha Ha

it is very true. we would have been the proud citizens if the similar interest by the Police and citizens of India should have shown for Malegaon Blast. With in 10 days of Mumbai Blast, 534 people were arrested under TADA but even till date none was arrested under TADA or POTA for Malegaon blast. Great country with great policies...

bhai, tareef kar rahe ho ya gali de rahe ho.... deshbhagton ko bura lagega, sirf mumbai and parliament attackers ki baat karo, baki logon ki life thode na innocent hai. ya usse country ka nuksan hota hai? India has great tradition of democracy and we all should be proud of our country. Only Muslims goes abroad or leave India, none of so called deshbhagt Hindus goes abroad or do anything which harms India.

Yaa and what about those, dear, who were killed with that GUN. Be sensible enough to know 34 yrs of age is not kiddish or young enough to not to understand that it is a crime for a responsible citizen.
The law should take proper judgement & give verdict accordingly.Anyhow it is making justice for the bomb blast victims.No one can spare an evil deed.One has to to pay for his misdeeds otherwise there will be no law & order for the country.We go back to british era.
