SC is the only body with no bias
by pradeep agarwal on May 15, 2007 08:30 PM  Permalink

It is a matter of relief for all that there is at least one constitutional body in this country that deals with situation on facts. The satisfaction expressed on progress of probe is a confirmation of this & shows other wing of democracy(media )in poor light who is not showing restrain & transparency in reporting

Time to implement Police Reforms
by Pyare Mohan on May 15, 2007 08:20 PM  Permalink

Police reforms ready. Why centre is delaying the implementation?
Police Reforms will provide partial autonomy to police. No IPS can be transfered till he/she completes atleast 2 yrs in 1 place. This will block police transfers done by politicians at their behest.

I agree with you. In India every thing is biased in the name secularism (call it pseodo-secularism).

Sohrabbudeen was a crimiinal, had killed or got killed many a police personnel.Deadly weapons rifles were found with him.If he has been killed even if in fake encounter, hell has been let loose by Seculars sitting in Parliament, donot allow parliament to run to discuss Sri Ram Setu being demolised by Secular government of Sonia Rani. When these people kill Fauji or military personnel or police personnel,no Hulla gulla or noise is made and no hell is let loose. No parliament is adjourned as no anguish is shown by these 'patriotic' MPs.They treat military personnel and police personnel as paid slaves, sons of other mothers, worthy of being killed by terrorists. But no terrorist should be killed by any one by taking extra initiative.
So what if Sohrabuddin was killed. After all he had killed so many people. You know there was terrorism on the peak in Punjab and police personnel were helpless.Terrorists had even started killing relatives of policemen. But once policemen also started killing their brothers and sisters, all was quiet on terrorists' front.Terrorism vanished.Otherwise courts needed proofs and even lives of judges were in danger.See what the sister of Daud Ibrahim doing in India-Mumbai.She is terror in her area and doing all illigal things. How can you gather or collect proofs against her.Everyone knows she is doing all nonsense taking her strength from the mere name of Daud Ibrahim. If tomorrow she is killed by police all the Seculars will get togethers and cry like crows to bring the administration to halt, will not allow parliament to run.Instead of patting the poor DIG who took the risk of his job,is being victimsed.Where is the harm to take the law in own hands when it fails to deliver the good because of the weakness of all the columns of democracy. To sum up please treat the police personnel involved in fake encounter of Sohrabuddin as national heroes and not villian merely because they are from Gujrat,a 'communal' state. They are not traitors, they have done it for the nation. They got you rid of anti-social elements. Can you see no one is crying over the punishment awarded to Dara Singh who along with the crowd burnt the Christian Father who was engaged in converting innocent, poor, needy, uneducated, famished tribals to Christianity, but everyone is crying foul over the punishment given to Mohd Afjal. The whole world has geared up to ensure that Mohd. doesnot get hanged.

u r right, they wont .... but ur reason is not correct....
Coz,,,, Cogress is in central... with the help of CPIM...... that is the only reason central wont or Sc wont do anything related to Nandigram....
U dont know what is the effect on a poor family after death(kill) of a family person in Nandigram.. U will understand the pain when someone like CPIM/BJP/CONg/ect will kill ur father or ur mother or ur wife..... not before that...
How u r supporting the Nandigram killing..?

Mr. Deb,
I hope you are from Bengal. We all know what exactly happened in Nandigram. Don%u2019t talks like a stupid. Who are responsible for killing those innocent people? Only CPIM? If you say yes. Then, I am to say that you don't know what the situation was? Blaming some people or some party is very easy. Please don't pass any comment without knowing the situation. Killing some poor people is really bad. I am not at all supporting them. But what the h e l l mamatadi and so call %u201Cbudhijebe%u201D was doing at home when Government was telling that we will not take your land please allow us to go inside. I think that time they were at home and watching TV and eagerly waiting for that situation.
Now they came out in road and showing there presence on earth.
