Don't waste yur time with these kind of guys -Sukhvinder Sing, Sandeep M, Blank (no name), undrtaker, Sandeep Sharma, Paikhana Hagu, and many others are just a few guys who change their identities regularly and write provocative language inciting communal rift. Watch the language of these guys, for they may change their names but write the same shit each time.
So just stop replying to their messages. You can find them writing under one name nad replying to their own message in another name.

I aagree with u that minimum qualification level should be raised. Constitution should be amended towards this. Minimum qualification should be Postgraduation.
