At the outset, Mayawati said her party's success in the elections was a vindication that the people of the state have accepted the BSP ideology.....

no,it is not the ideology of BSP which the voters of UP have accepted. We must admire the people of UP that they wanted a change with the absolute majority to one party and having tested all the players in the past, chose to give a chance to Mayawati.Call it Mayawati wave.

Mayawati's Strategy
by Syam Prabhu on May 13, 2007 05:53 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

With the projection of Sree NArayana Guru Devan, mayawaty has set her eyes in Ezhava vote bank in Kerala and all other states having Ezhava population. This is really an intelligent move to canvass emotional votes. With a tactical alliance, BSP can be converted to SNDP's political outfit in Kerala. Mayawaty is striking the right note.

Well said sajid, BJP can rule the country only with support from muslims, It should leave aside RSS and go on its own. Although it will not get RSS votes, it can still manage around 175 seats and go for alliance with other secular regional parties by giving them majority seatsin vidhan sabhas and contesting majority seats in lok sabhas. Since it has a strong base in cities, and if it is able to polarise 30% muslims votes it can do well in towns and anti incumbency will help it in villages. This party should have good muslimleaders in every constituencies to get rid of rss. BJP looses lot of hindu votes just because affiliation with rss. And remember that modi is just a by product of congress. If he gets muslim support from gujrat, rss will be wiped from the whole country along with the leftists. Mera Bharat Mahaan.

Respected Tamil Nadu CM,

As part of my wish to be as your cabinet Colleague in Tamil Nadu.

You will certainly entertain me as what your new counterpart has did in UP.

There are 7 Brahmins, 5 Muslims and 2 dalits in Independent Charge as cabinet and state ministers.

I know you are a person embedded with the policy of anti-brahminism. But still I need to contribute to my state TAmil Nadu in certain spheres.

Will you give me a chance to serve the people of Tamil Nadu as a STate Minister.

Regards

Anantha Padmanabhan
