You know what is behind these glasses?
only one eye , yes he is almost blind on the second eye.

It is a real abuse , if you are educated you need to take the facts and see objectively.

Politics need to cleaned not only this one leader everybody need to be cleaned.

Stop abusing like a opposite party cadre and think objectively on what you can do.

Laws should be strong
by harifromchennai on May 09, 2007 04:57 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

The politicians should not have any business in media. It is a shame that D.Maran is Minister of Communications, and his family owns Sun TV and other newspapers and even has share in Mobile operators. The Laws should be strict to prohibit persons taking oath as minister if they have business in the same field.

And how come we can believe that D.Maran is first in the performance of central ministers. The survey is done by his own business house along with so called world popular AC Nielsen. If AC Nielsen have some shame, they should pull out of this drama.

Maran in Hindi means death. Then what does this Maran mean to India and Chennai. Does it mean the end of India, end of Chennai, end of Attyachaar Nidhi oops Karuna Nidhi, or end of IT in India.

Can anyone clarify?

Dinakaran & it's dirty marketing strategy !!
by Ganpat on May 09, 2007 04:47 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Karunanidhi used the tamil daily 'Dinakaran' very well for propaganda during the elections. 'Dinakaran' was sold at Rs.1.00 till the results were announced. Sometime later, the daily's price was revised to Rs.2.00 followed by annoying advertisements on Sun TV. Upper class & middle class families in TN do not read 'Dinakaran' daily. They prefer 'Dinamalar' which has very good contents & plays a neutral role in politics. Now 'Dinakaran' is resorting to cheap tactics like surveys to boost it's sales, having cheated the people by raising the cost by 100%. Earlier 'Dinakaran' used to give freebies daily for the readers - like a chocolate, a beedi, a shampoo sahcet, a lolly pop.

They will find no takers in Tamil Nadu very soon.

Good Joke by ganpat ..

That is jayalalitha's propoganda . or Tamil nadu Brahmin's mouth piece

Both Dinakaran and Dinamalar are equally bad.

Sun TV is a free channel. But cable operators have to pay for the bundles in Sun Network to get Sun TV for free. Sun TV and Dinakaran will only bring new that are in favour of DMK(self adversiment) and propoganda against opposition parties. Jaya TV is following the same suit. Sun Network has got more facilities and rights which are issued by central govt with DMK's influence.

I accept all your facts expcept your view on Dinamalar - it is the other form of propoganda spread by them,

it is like choosing Jaya TV for neutral news in place of Sun TV

by kalyan chatrathi on May 09, 2007 04:45 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

None in the DMK party or Mr. Azhagiri can justify the murder of 2 people, all in the name of a stupid opinion poll.

There is no means to justify these killings. Shame on people who set fire to the building.

Did they not know that AIADMK cadre involved in the bus fire and death of 3 girls (2000) have been found guilty and given life term/death penalty?

People who perpetrated the crime cannot claim themselves as civilized and they have no place in a civilized society

Surely, the authorities must take this case seriously and prosecute the criminals who did this terrible act. Exemplary punishment must be meted out. No political party has a right to violent acts, whatever may be the provocation. All right thinking people must support action against the persons involved.
