BJP denies that it produced the CD. The EC asks BJP to apologise but to whom? Was it a gimmick by some one who wanted to belittle BJP in the eyes of the EC. There was already talk to disbar BJP from elections in UP. Was it a Congress party conspiracy? Or, for that matter BSP, SP?

It is all the game plan of secular parties and organizations like congress, BSP, RJD, MIM, Muslim League, LeT, ULFA, SIMI, DMK, TDP and communists. Yup, Islam would indeed be the fastest growing religion in West countries since:
1. By default, they are Christian. So, a missionary can't convert anyone there.
2. Hindus don't go about converting other people as they believe that the roads to God might be different, but the end destination is the same.
3. Muslims have been converting people of other religions since Islam was founded, it is told in the Quran that "the Quran is God's (Allah's) final revelation to mankind, after the coming of the Prophet, there shall be only one God who would be worshipped by all people, i.e., Allah." In the Quran, fighting for this Allah's cause is glorified as "those who die in Allah's cause shall find a place in Allah's heaven" (the motivation for jehadis). No wonder that Islam is the fastest growing "religion" in the Western countries.

Indeed the rise of Hinduism in an oblique way has been phenomenal. Listen to most US spiritual shows or even debates on Larry King Live and you will find that its Hindu/Eastern religious ideals that comes to the forefront. It is now clear that the Semitic religions had hijacked God, put him in a box and initiated a series of bloodlust over the centuries simply because they introduced competition in selling God. God needs to be freed from these murderous religions which are no more than 3000 years old, if that. Human history goes way way beyond in time, and only Hinduism has the timeless philosophy which is the need of the hour. Soon Islamism will be neutralized, already the Dutch Govt has safeguarded the rights of its citizens openly rejecting Islam. Christianity has long been defanged and displaced as political force. However, Christianity today sans its dogma is a far more humane doctrine.

Absolutely right. Why should BJP apologize. What has been highlighted on the CD is a chronology of the anti-national activities of the muslim minority. Is the EC blind ? Before asking BJP to apologize it should also adjudicate if the contents of the CD are the truth about the minority. Will it ban all secular parties who are supporting the indulgence of the minorities in grave crimes and anti-nationalism ? Will it ban Laloo and his RJD for shahabuddin ?

It could be a case of jurisdiction. I don't think Shahabuddin's or Congress' year round antics fall under EC jurisdiction. That should be taken care of by the courts. The CD was brought out with an eye on the election which is why the EC took action. I think we should beat up the courts rather than EC which is doing its job.
