How can Pandher be totally unaware of all the evil deeds of Koli? Also with stench coming from the ditch close to the horror house, is it that difficult for Pandher to put two and two together. There is something wrong. Did CBI check on him thorougly before giving him a clean chit?
It is now clear that what has been unearthed in this case is just the tip of the proverbial iceberg. The case runs much deeper than what it appears to be. By absolving Pandher the CBI is trying to cover up other guilty parties whose names would have definitely come up in case pandher was charged. Who these higher ups including politicians are is for our ever vigilant media to unearth. Those who help a guilty man escape are far worse criminals as he/she may repeat this crime elsewhere. If the children of the CBI officials/politicians were under threat they would have looked at it difrrently. After all who cares whether some more of the poor migrant children die??
The main culprit in the case is PANDHER and CBI has given clean chit to him .THE COURT SHOULD APPOINT ITS OWN COMMITTEE and under its own survillence enquire the case .... Best punishment 4 Pandher is that he should be left in the hands of the parents of the sufferers and they will do the justice....... Wht u all think?
All those Nithari people, whose children%u2019s were killed, should come together kill these two devils. Otherwise they won%u2019t get justice. Everyone is involved from top to bottom.
To put this is in glaring context: If something is wrong in my house - as simple as unaccounted cash (found by say CBI), will government agencies will spare me if I tell I am unaware of that?
