The central govt is partison.They have done nothing for Bihar.Also corrupt politicians of Bihar have fleeced the state. Bihar is improving. We should be optimistic. Should not look down upon Biharis. They are one of the most hardworking and intelligent races in India today. The media has a perrenial intent to show Bihar in poor light. There are other states in India where the environment is equally apalling or more. They dont get highlighted. In the medieval times,Bihar used to rule India.Such was the intellect there. Let us at least talk positive about Bihar.It shall be a great help to the Biharis.

I completely agree with you my friend. I am not Bihari but lived 30 yrs. with Bihari people and my perception is that they are very loving and nice people.Probbaly they are hardest working people in this country.The downfall of Bihar has been for misgovernance and not for its own people. I hope Nitishji Govt. will create more jobs and provide education to all so that no Bihari needs to migrate. The other thing which I would like to add its just that Bihari's can not speak good english but their knowledgelable in their subjects are excellent. The proof is most number of IAS are fm Bihar. So please do not look down upon any Bihari.

I am not Bihari but I have been working with Biharis for the last 20 years. Most of my bosses are Biharis. No doubt, Biharis are intelligent, hardworking and nice people.
