Telling in public, in front of media is different from saying in court in the presence of judge during the trial. This is like official version which will be recorded.
really this is unssensaebl still we are following filmi type things in the court room its open truth and facts are availabel just punish him and no need of a big drama
court proceeding as well cost a lot who IS PAYING FOR IT COMMON PEOPLE OF INDIA.

Why have the judicial system, trials, courts, etc when all you want to is just punishment? It's not like Taliban rule where you just kill someone just because (s)he's accused of committing a crime. There are set procedures for everything. If the set procedures, laws seem outdated, that's a different issue: it's something the lawmakers to deal with.
its obscure and borders on insanity for the court to ask Rekha Mahajan the date of Pramod's death. I think sensitivities need be respected while court hearings are on. If the laws are outdated let they be changed

Amending the British Raj era laws, judicial methods is the duty of lawmakers, the damn fellows whom you and I elect and send to the legislature. There's no way one can stop the prosecution or defence from asking the so-called insensitive questions. Sensitive or insensitive, these are relative in the first place.
