Nithari .....the evading ghost!
by ratnajayant jayant gudavally on May 08, 2007 10:40 AM  Permalink

A common man in the crowd looks like the best investigation team. Do we need a credible source to finish off this kind of tricky ghost stories ?

Who is the master?
by Priya Goei on Apr 28, 2007 04:56 AM  Permalink

Here what happened at a police arranged meeting between the parents of the murdered children with Kohli and Mohinder Singh Pandher:
Pappu Lal, another parent who met the suspects, said: "I asked them what they did with the children. Kohli said he killed the children and then had sex with them. The servant said he used to do these things at the behest of his master."

mobile is not pandhar
by Kumar, Neeraj on Mar 29, 2007 10:11 AM  Permalink

May be mobile data shows that pandhar is out of crime scene.. But
1. Mobile can be handled by some one else. Most of busy person do not carry their mobile rather their assistance carry one..

2. Being Careless, providing shelter, and bribing Poilce is a crime leading to capital punishment if the consequences are leading death od 16 human.

Its really bad news that Pandher is being given clean chit. It shows the real face of Indian bureaucracy. It also shows the power of money.

Unfortunate
by ravi K on Mar 23, 2007 11:48 AM  Permalink

Unfortunately, seems under the political pressure the CBI is giving way (It seems CBI is working for the protection of MAFIA, DONS AND GOONS OF THE POLITICAL PARTIES, as shown in Aaj tak like in the case of Sanjay Dutt, where all the people whether related or not related had been booked by the court except Sanjay dutt (sd).

ITS REALLY SURPRISING THAT IN CASE OF SD, HOW HE CAN ESCAPE EVEN HIS ADVOCATE HISMSELF IS NOT CONVINCED WITH THE JUDGEMENT.

CBI WORST THAN POLITICIANS
by arnold kumar on Mar 23, 2007 11:10 AM  Permalink

I had little bit of faith in CBI compared to our police and other govt departments. But the way they handled this case this is a clear evidence that CBI also have been heavily bribed.
