Comrades its India, not China:)-
by Bhaskar Chattopadhyay on Mar 20, 2007 10:29 PM  Permalink

As per Amartya Sen, 25-30 million people died out of hunger in China during glorious days of Mao's "Leap forward" (late 1950s/early 60s), BECAUSE THERE WAS NO FREE PRESS, DEMOCRACY.

CPIM thinks, they can suppress their Nandigram.

But friend, its India:)- CPIM IS THOROUGHLY EXPOSED TODAY. NOBODY TAKES IT SERIOUSLY ANYMORE. NOT A SINGLE VOICE OF SOME IMPORTANCE SUPPORTED IT .
