Another reason to excercise; now a days people are addicted to office mania and they work for 14-16 hours, used to eat all ready to eat stuff. These studies should make people and think..

As far as research on exercise is concern it will be continued to unreveal it's importance, but one thing is for sure that daily wokout helps us in relaxing r body and brain from everyday tensions and to get a sound sleep
