How can he say "You (media) are asking irrelevant questions."

The question is very much relevent and depicts the rotten face of Indian politics.

Timidity
by sunilkumar mishra on Mar 16, 2007 11:15 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

This is absolute timidity and stupidity for such a senior judge occupying the honourable seat in the highest court of the land who could make such a funny scene in the open court making mockery of the highest court. This could be clever ploy for the judge to take excuse under crocodile tears for coming out of the high profile case. Such kind of conduct tantamounts to huge dishonour to the Hon'ble Supremne Court' standing and reflects very badly on the quality of judges we have even at the highest seats of justice. Law and justice are not safe in these hands and brains due to their pliability and susceptibilty to fall from justice with little arm-twisting. Surely Our highest Court alongwith the billion of Indians do deserve such judges who are firm with their convictions, strong with their integrity, matured with their rational judgements, unwavering with their strength of their intellect.

How can you be so rude in commenting. The judge has almost finished his spotless career and now becasue he got such a threat of life, he just withdrew from the case in legal manner.

The SP people can go down to any extent, that is clear if you know about the ground realities of UP. It has taken a toll this time in the form of the SC judge.

Freedom is yours
by Akash on Mar 16, 2007 09:01 PM  Permalink

Download Open Office from www.openoffice.org. It's free compared to Microsoft Office and is developed by individual co-developers,any user can become a co-developer,it's an open source software. Download Mozilla Firefox and Mozilla Thunderbird from www.mozilla.org,its free and an open source software compared to internet explorer and outlook express and is developed by people from around the world since it's source code is open and is said to be better than microsoft products, order a free copy of Ubuntu Linux OS compared to the costly Microsoft Windows,Ubuntu is free and will continue to be and it's open source as well, people develop not corporation and it's developed by people from all over the world, you can order from www.ubuntu.com.(it also contains openoffice, mozilla firefox, mozilla thunderbird)and visit wikipedia to gain knowledge as it is open source and free compared to the costly britannica and people create pages and edit pages from around the world. Enjoy freedom.I know it is not relevant to this message board but I suppose any information is good!!!! isn't it????

I put this information here cause' no relevant subject related to it would ever come on rediff,The world is contented with Microsoft and they pay money to buy softwares,a new movement started in the west and flowed to other countries including India where it is known as the Swatantra movement based on the free software foundation,it believes that corporations and governments shouldn't run the forces of production, the people should at individual capacity, every individual is connected to the universe which is mechanistically productive but few corporations and public sector control those forces of production so production should be de-centralized to bring in the individual into the picture, individuals like you and me. It is called panocracy rule of all and a step further to democracy. These foundations work on donations rather than earning it out of people's pockets, they are also a new sort of an experiment and becoming successful,in fact they might eventually bridge the digital divide between rich and poor. Everyone makes a product, everyone is in the decision making process, everyone has a right over the product.I am a strong supporter of panocracy as it transcends boundaries and languages based on the principle of globalization and localization that the individual at his own capacity can add his own language onto the process. That's why I wrote it here, many in our country know about it many don't and know one will create a news over it where 56% in Germany and France use it,in fact Supreme Court of India and Allahabad High Court use it so as to cut costs so why not us? let us all support this movement as we have the power to speak and influence the forces of production and not Bill Gates sitting in Seattle.

by anesimo fernandes on Mar 16, 2007 06:34 PM  Permalink

i have been a keen reader of rediff for some time and they do good articles for reading and discussions.but, i feel said to various comments which includes foul language, personal attacks against individuals, religions, wives, husbands etc.this forum should stictly be used for healthy discusions.note that these comments are read worldwide and not just in india.the last thing you want is to give a completely wrong image of indians in this biased world.rediff should do well to weed out these messages otherwise this site will be read by only people with malice and ill intentions to sttle their personal scores through your site.

Amitabh and Amar Singh!
by Brighty Jayson on Mar 16, 2007 05:00 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Amar Singh was Amitabh's fame to grow his party. Amitabh was Amar Singh to save his assets(polictical influence needed to have black money and not returning proper tax). So both the selfish guys work together. Do you think whether they are smart and Common men are fools?.
