This proves only one thing that America wants terrorists to stay. First you create a monster, terrorise others and then tell everyone to follow and support YOU as only you have got power to tame the monster. That's what America is doing and has been doing. They want to grow terrorists, sell bombs, loot countries and make money.
So that means more funds to terrorist organisation in India. more export of weapons. more temples & mosques to blow. some Indian politicians will become rich. hahaha

Being a superpower DOES NOT give you any privilage.
You cannot take action against even little countries like Pakistan who occupies 1/3rd of kashmir, China who occupies NE kashmir terrority gifted by China, Bangladesh who are pouring refugees by droves, Sri Lanka who shoot indian fisherman .......... etc etc.
Intellect doing donkey work for America and Europe making your own countrymen work like cooies for 12 to 14 hours DAILY. It is because your currency is so low !! US$1 = 42

indepth strategy and modern warfare techniques are explained better there..also the author BBC political and foreign correspondent Humphrey Hawksley describe`s how India can cope up with attacks from Pak and China simultaneously.
I know it is a novel..but coming from an author who understands warfare better than u or me..quite believable.
This is as expected from usa, as always. i think they are the ones funding terrorists and making world live in terror. usa is a country of filthy, double tounged politicians and on one side they attack terrorist camps and on other end they release funds to pak which indirectly goes to terrorists. this combination of pak-usa fund co-operation is dangerous than terrorists as these stay in front of us but in hidden masks. always usa has been soft to pak and India needs to protest against this act of usa. also on one side usa imposes restrictions on American military assistance to Pakistan and on other end it releases funds. wow what a double standard filthy political game. usa will suffer bcoz of its own actions. all the best, usa. prepare for eventuality. and India need not maintain any diplomatical ties with usa as it may help ISI in its operations against India.

Why do you guys are so obsessed with Pakistan ? Why do you guys always comapre yourself with Pakistan.. a backward country?
btw "honour Killings" happen in India as well. lots of them.
It is a good decision because it will help only to improve infrastructure and facilities given to the common genre of pak. But this money should be strongly used for genuine cause of funds allocated.
