Mamta: the great champion of the poor
by sugata chatterjee on Mar 12, 2007 08:21 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

I fail to understand why the government of West Bengal is not being able to handle this insane person by name of Mamta. Simply kick her out. She is the biggest enemy of the state and the only place she deserves is a lunatic asylumn.

Hi priya, all of us together can do the holy act. We ensure her deposit is forfeited in the next elections. West Bengal Assembly should disqualify her from being an MLA because of taking recourse to everything that is purely idiotic but nothing that is in the ambit of electoral democracy. She does know only to shed glycerine tears. May be we can collectively ask her to try out her luck in Cuba.

First Commies should be chucked out.How many reforms they have stalled? They continue to stall pension reforms, retail opening up which will generate employment throughout the country. But in WB they want industrialisation. They should be kicked out for their double toung and also for the stand they have taken in other states with respect to industrialisation.Still they are speaking in differently which is ruled by them

Agreed - and it seems that this record has inspired Mamta. Now she wants to beat the commies at lying.

Mamata reminds me of S Pistols God Save the Queen
by Samik Nandi on Mar 12, 2007 07:40 PM  Permalink

The lady reminds me of the lyrics of S Pistols. So here I paste them - hope she sees it - hope she books a seat with a doctor.

"""
God save the queen
The fascist regime
They made you a moron
Potential H-bomb

God save the queen
She ain't no human being
There is no future
In her dreaming

Don't be told what you want
Don't be told what you need
There's no future, no future,
No future for you"""

When Commies become capitalists and capitalists turn commies.
by Samik Nandi on Mar 12, 2007 07:24 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Let me first say what needs to be said bluntly - "Communism doesnt work". The Russians have realised it - so have the Chinese - and more recently the Bengal communists. So they are inviting the right way of life - free market.

The irony is that a right wing party - has suddenly decided to behave like a commie fringe loony.

The bottomline is that Mamta is an idiot. She will lose whatever seats she got in the last elections - she has forgotten who her supporters are. The commies will vote for Buddha - and so will her old supporters. She would be left with nothing.

I suggest all Trinamool workers revolt against her like Sadhan Pandey. With her in control - Trinamool has no future.

will these communists(jersey only)compensate the damages done to millions of people of bengal?
It is said 'those who pretend to do good but actually harms are CHEATS"
The GAME what they played with bengal is worse than even that played by BRITISH!

Can the Commies compensate - yes they can.

They can compensate by supporting reforms and growing the economy. The car project is just one small positive step. This needs to be followed by many more. As starters may I suggest
(a) Executing the plan to convert NH34 and 35 to 4/6 lane highways
(b) A 4/6 lane highway connecting Calcutta with Purulia
(c) At least 4000MW of power plants
(d) Overhaul the education system - start by sacking all those who wrote text books for schools and framed the syllabus

Mr. Samik, It has worked very well in Cuba, Venezuela, Peru, Brazil and other Latin american countries. True commu nism exists there - not in Asian countries.

Buddha forgot his Commie roots and he will reap for it!

But in the politics, please don't forget the poor affected farmers.

hey love kumar -get your facts right

Fidel is dying and with him will die his legacy. Cuba has done well in health - but show me the money - man.

Venezuela is on a fast track to being penury - unless someone has the good sense to take out this Chavez.

Brazil has done well with free market policies - not the idiotic stuff you are proposing. Ditto for Chile. And Argentina is following Venezuela to hell.

Lovekumar - where do you stay?? Delhi or is it US. I dare you to come done to Singur and prevent the car factory from coming up - dont give me the stupid talk off waging war on Orkut- sissy..

Let me put the records straight - Karl Marx was born in Germany - he was a German. He led a parasitic life - surviving on someone else all the time. That I guess accounts for his oddities.

Well said Arnab - seems to be this lady is one of those commies who wear Nike sneakers and Lee jeans - talk of "American Imperialism" - and then go to study in US. Then they take up a nice job in US and when they occasionally visit India - they whine how bad a time they are having in US. Ungrateful suckers.

Have you been to Nandigram? There are two answers to this. If you have, you must one of those loony commies out to change the world - a modern day Don Quixote - clinging to a philosophy that has passed its "use by" date. If you havent - then you are as guilt as most of us - commenting on something you havent seen.

The right place for a commie is an asylum.

Why don't you publish the deal in public. Take a referrundum from the people residing in those area. It should be held under a competent authorities under the supervision of State High Court. If this referreundum is against TATA or BUDDHADEV, (who is the most supportive of TATA on this deal) they should withdraw this project forthwith. Also people wanted to know the deal they have made because, it has not yet made public by the Govt. of West Bengal.

There is always plus and minus in a development.
by subramanian sevgan on Mar 12, 2007 06:50 PM  Permalink

When there is a development there is always some positives and some negatives. Here the positive is West Bengal would have a world class car manufacturing facility, which would improve the states revenues and also give stable employment to thousands of people around the industry possibly even the owners of the land or their kith and kin who are being paid duely for the take over of the land. I don't understand why political parties take up such issues for petty vote bank politics. If in a future scenario the left begin to block all the development moves of trinamool. How would the state have any development at all.
Development issues should always be taken above politics.

How do you know that what Mamta says is what the people of Singur and of Bengal wants? If what Mamta says is what the people wanted - show would have bagged more seats. The last election was by and large fair - and she lost it badly.

What the lady needs is a long stint with a Psychiatrist.

Very well put. people should actually come and see what what bengal wants-they want more industrialization and offcourse not at the cost of land or farmers. Ask the farmers-90% are very happy with the deal. Then why is mamata doing this? Go back and track her political career and you will know. She eats-drinks and sleeps on gimmicks and petty politcs.
