Sanjay Dutt

"All I could say to anyone who would listen was, Sanju could have done something foolish, he%u2019s very capable of being an idiot, but he can%u2019t be a criminal. He can%u2019t possibly have had knowledge about the serial blasts. There were those who made big of the fact that the gun he was said to have asked to be destroyed had in fact been found. To them I would say that I am willing to concede that he may have taken a gun from paranoia, or from some Rambo-like attitude that comes out of his delinquent mind. But if you%u2019re suggesting he was waging war against the nation, committing heinous treason, planting rdx to kill innocent people %u2014 over my dead body. That is not Sanjay Dutt, not a cell of his could have had anything remotely to do with a deed like this. "

He has paid sufficiently for his waywardness.
by chanakya maurya on Mar 10, 2007 04:20 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

It was his half blood that made him wayward.

He has now realized.

Acquittal from the higher plane of crime is rather a blessing upon him.

Whatever sentence is now passed will be somewhat procedural and may perhaps even be suspended on assurances of good behavior.

That is how most of such people wriggle out from the clutches of law.

The elements that misled him into waywardness took advantage of his mother's DNA forgetting she had played the role of Mother India and has become immortal in the hearts and minds of the people of India as such, Mother India.

This shows how this minority can twist and turn a good person's mind into dragging him into an activity that could accuse him of terrorism.

In fact they intended to immerse him totally into terrorism.

It is the silent blessings of Mother India that has saved him from bigger trouble.

Do you get the meaning of "half blood" now, lovely ?

It was reference to Nargis, that Great Lady comparable only to the Joan of Arc, our Mother India, indelibly imprinted so in the minds and hearts of millions of Bharatvasis.

They tried to subvert Sanjay.

But succeeded in doing so only fractionally.

The son of Mother India is not that vulnerable, the idiots ought to have realized !

Punishment Delayed is Punishment Denied

Very much shocked to see this great terrorist who is behind the mass murder, getting released on the basis of "Code of Conduct". Shame on our justice system which has lot of holes for the acquist to get escaped in this kind of basis. What about the innocent lifes that were lost on that black day? Law is always favouring the rich and not the poor. We need to give justice to the innocent families of the dead by sentencing him asap.

I think he was acquitted of terrorist charges imposed on him. And also I think he "conducted well" during all this time. So plz think who really is behind the black day? Sanjay Dutt is offcourse not. First of all he didnt have motive for terrorism, second he was just stupid/immature then, and third his "terrorist" image was created by media. he is pleaded guilty for arms act, which doesnt mean he is terrorist. May be Dawood Ibrahim is really da guy ur talkin abt here.

First of all we dnt really knw dat Pathan was involved or not.. The court will decide it. So wht if sanjay dutt is rich. He is acquitted as terrorist and his basis for probation of good conduct is valid. After he was charged of crimes did he made more mistakes or rather he just worked in films and did gave back to society through entertainment he provided & charities we dnt really knw of?

Not a good precedent

I don't know how Sunjay Dutt is considered less guilty than the other convicted? It is not a good precedent at all. Others feeling bias is a natural thing.

Sanjay dutt is a actor and he is able and do give back to society and he is currently not involved in those immature thing he used to do aka drugs and getting ak 47 for his own/family security. think abt it .. there is no reason for him 2 involve in terrorist activities. he was just immature and now it doesnt make sense to keep him in jail.

You are giving verdict or opinion? What do you think of those who were arrested on similar charges but are now convicted (by the HONEST police etc.). Don't have rational feelings. You must be aware of the recent Naxalite attacks. What is the follow-up of law in those cases? Do we have to expect any positive outcome?

Neither verdict(which I cant) nor opinion but thts exactly y he was acquitted for conspiracy. he still convicted for the arms act but they can also who are convicted for arms act appeal in the court for probation of good conduct. agreed he is rich and he'll try to save himself but by doing so he is not harmin neone n also he is providing gud entertainment 2 ppl. btw there is no link with naxlite attacks here.. Iam just talking abt sanjay dutt .

forget SANJAY DUTT
by alchemybrown on Mar 10, 2007 09:45 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

nONE OF THE POLITICIAN OR DAWOOD, ABU SALEM, ALL ARE GOOD GUYS, my suggestion tot he GOVT. come up with a quota of minorities. this time the minorities will be the only honest and taxpayers rest are all goods guiys.

Remove the people who are sufferign inside the prison because of their goods deeds, this way we will be able to save money and prime land, these lands can be utilised by creating SEZ.

THIS WAY LEADERS SO CALLED THE MOST HONEST CITIZENS OF INDIA, WILL BE ABLE TO MAKE MORE MONEY AND at the same time the populations of good people like dawood and abu salem can increase marginally, which will be the best thing for the nation.

so i request u to free all prisoners and save billion in operational exp.

can give many like this suggestion for the upliftment for the indian economy.
