If you read the report at www.expressindia.com, it clearly states the reason for the accidental grenade blast while imparting knowledge on how to use it!!

You ass. why do you want detail report. Even if it was faulty grenade or some misadventure by Cdt Tiwari, the end is same. And the truth is he died preparing to fight for his country and for people like u and me.

oh Man! Do people have imaginations. Sutipd Icnarante, starting such lies will lead you a long way in corrupting minds. I still dont understand what the first three comments were on . Did they read a terrorist attack article or are they just some dumb creeps. These guys give me creeps every time i read such comments. "IT WAS A ACCIDENT WHILE TRAINING!!!!!!!!!!" No man in the army wants to kill himself while in training.
