With Great trust our politicians had helped Bangaladesh during their freedom struggle,special status was give to Bangaladesh but,Bagladesh population started migrating to all eastern states & to other metro's like Delhi, Mumbai etc for opputtunity.It was after brutal killing of a few BSF men at the border India woke up but Bangladesh did not respond properly their after India govt. learnt that ISI & BORO was have a few training camps when they wanted Bangaladesh's help in Desmantling they did not respond accridingly and maintained that their was nothing of that kind where as Bhutan took a supportive stand.Now today when the border is heavely guarded and Recent bombings have shown that all these Bangladeshi migrants were providing logigtic supports to the terrorists attacks & Recent killing in posh area's kothi has revealed these migrants involvement.Now when The bangladesh govt. find it dificult to pump their people into India they want to negitiate with India. So please do not allow any extra facilities as IT IS ANOTHER PAKISTAN IN MAKING.
Hope the Indian Govt. Shows some political will to take some drastic steps.
Then in B'desh interest to be in good terms with india. They are going to benifit from a good relation with india. We, india, never dislike to befriend, but u got to prove that u r sincere. We gave u freedom, which u misused and gave shelter to the "enmies" who stage covert war in our land. Now u should understand why u want a good relation with ind and priorities ur interest in doing sth that evince ur purpose.
Let us realize that Bangladesh has nothing worthwhile to offer. All that it can offer is people living in dirty slums and of course terrorism. Let us not make this mistake ever
I think all the asian countries should try to open their borders to their neighbours like the european countries.this will also give better dynamics of bargaining in the world fora.better co-operation amongst neighbours will bring alaround prosperity,diffussion of tension's of borders.

but the European nations more or less have a homogenous culture relative to eachother. Pakistan and Bangladesh would love to see India dead any moment.

Sure, Sure Cong & CPM....What about Vajpai and BJP who were elected on our votes with the explicit plank of throwing out illegal immigrants...Exactly how many Bangladeshis did the NDA or for that matter Shiv Sena -BJP when in power in Maharashtra throw out????? Not one.....

The did not get the majority. They had allies to worry about. But Congress had majority seats in Parliament and states bordering Bangladesh for decades, and they allowed this infiltration. So did the communists. I don't think BJP is inclined to make them as their votebank. Only anti-national parties will recede to that levels. But you have a point. BJP should have made concerted efforts and made a strong case with it's allies when it was in the center. They failed to do it.
