That Pakistan produces one or two top leaders immediately after it undergoes drubbing from US for inaction / complicity with Taliban / Alquaeda establishes clearly that these two outfits function under Pakistan's control. Whenever Pakistan faces pressure from US, it pulls out some such arrests, to get the "good boy" compliment from US. Then they sleep off or rather go back on full speed to undo the damage done by arresting and sacrifying one of the guys of the heirarachy. It is impossible to distinguish who is a subscriber to Alqueada / Taliban philisoply and who is not, in Pakistan. All of them, most of the time, seem to be denying the existence or such elements, and claim that they are also victims of such terrorist while infact they live and sleep with such terrorists in their midst.
