Then who would check those officers making raids? They would demand money otherwise they would falsely implicate you.No matter, you would be acquitted by court, but what trauma you would suffer!1st remove corruption from self/family/society in this order n not the reverse way.

SC , CBI and Mulayam's assets
by Rajesh Vyas on Mar 01, 2007 12:32 PM  Permalink

Sir:
We must stop this charade of CBI investigation of politicians' assets forthwith.
No action is ever completed nor is any action taken,
Look at what happened in a similar case with Laloo yadav. Why waste time and public money on such investigation.

Before every election the candidates are required to declare their assets. Hoever, no questions are asked as to how did they acquire these assets.

The CBI has become the cover arm of the government in power. The CBI is used only to settle political scores..

The less you talk about such investigations, the better of you are. CBI investigations of politicians are increasing and perpetrating the CYNICISM in public at large.

Election Stunt
by Rohit on Mar 01, 2007 12:31 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Great timing by central govt.
1. UP election dates are announced.
2. desperate cong cud not stop mulayam out of state.
3. Cant impose presentational rule as their communist partner oppose.
4. Lost election in two imp states.
5. Rahuls career at stake in UP

So wat to do. Frustrated congress dont know wat to do. oh yeah remember mulayam has lot of assets and we are in power.

All bull**t.

Election commission should come in and stop this nuisance after election dates are announced.

Disclaimer
In no way i am a supporter of mulayam. In fact i want him out of power asap

My dear naive friend,
Govt in power can have a good influence in expediting a case. And in this case election dates are announced. Difficult to think this as coincidence...

Either Rohit is under impression that Supreme Court can order investigations at Central Government's will or he is an active worker of SP. By Rohit's comments, it can also be the case that all the investigations ordered by Allahbad High Court/Lucknow Bench against oppostion parties political leaders are being influenced by State Government.

Mulayam%u2019s brother must be investigated
by Sanjeev Khokhar on Mar 01, 2007 12:06 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Shivpal Yadav and his family%u2019s wealth must be included in the investigation. Shivpal Yadav has been the main force for Mulayam to manage the welth earned by corruption in his government. Even most of the curruptions have been executed thru Shivpal. Latest example is the recruitment in UP Police. Few got recruited by merit, most of them recruited based on bribe and relationship. Shivpal Singh Yadav was the incharge of this.
