It is an urgent need to make CBI an independent agency directly under the president. CBI and IT depts have become tools of few vested interests to misuse and supress or coerce opponents at an inconvenient time like the ensuing elections in UP. India is a great democracy and nobody is above law nor can any political power misuse legal action at their whims & fancy. Jai Hind

The next on the list should be YSR Reddy of AP who has confessed and donated his land [just imagine how much more he may be having in benami properties]and has also been exposed on a national channel to the extent that he can be prosecuted on various counts. He has even passed a legislation that he should not be prosecuted [A LA MUSHARRAF]. To this extent Congress should also allow him to be prosecuted and probed alongwith Mulayam alone. COME ON CONGRESS - PLEASE STAND UP AND SHOW THAT YOU REALLY ARE FOR EQUAL JUSTICE. Someone please file a PIL on this also so that every politician is tested acidically.
If High Court and Supereme court can demolish and seal the whole Delhi on the basis of PIL. On the basis of above PIL itself. Why can't Court order enquiry for each and every political leader of India. Let everybody take this blood bath and come out clean.

Well I will like to know the names of politicians (if any) who do not have money beyond their known source of income. If anybody can find one then we can have a celebration a big party.

Wait and see this case will not be pursued beyond a point when Mulayam or his party strikes a deal in polls or support the next government at the centre. Please do not attach too much importance to this news. CBI is sure doing their job but can not enforce action without the blessings of those vested interests in power. That is the fate of coruption cahrges, defamation cahrges, criminal/political charges involving politicians, commissions of enquiry etc. etc. Pray for sanitization of indian politics. This man Mulayam is corrupt and even Amar Singh too, they have tobe taken to task and punished if proven guilty not just in this case but in several other suppressed cases.I hope they lose the upcoming elections so that Amar Singh will keep silent for sometime atleast
