I would not advice to send him to Pak, because he would become a powerful terrorist getting loads of arms and training from Pak.
I would suggest that punish him the same method a muslim country would punish this guy.
Put him at a public place. Give loads of bricks to general public and let him be beaten to death.

I agree, he does not have to go to pakistan to head a terrorist organisation, he has enough well wishers (traitors) in this land itself,
Our media is also a big culprint in making him a messiah of minorites (his frequent appearence on TV in various discussions)

hi deepak,

excellent suggestion. but our politiciansa use him for minority appeasement so they will never hang him.
in fact he will be used for getting muslim votes by lalu in next elections only!
so what u or i think doesnt matter, votes only matter.

The cour proceedings must speed up. No place for such people in this society. It should be a lesson for many others.

Sahabuddin convicted
by Biswajit Ghoshal on Mar 01, 2007 05:46 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Sahabuddin is basically a don and should be hanged without delay. This conviction and the cases against him proved that why Bihar, once armired as best administered state, has become the most backward state in the country.

i don think u hav any understanding of democratic and judicial system of the country...law is taking its course and there is a proper procedures to be followed even if some is guilty..do u think that courts wud hav dealt wid him in diferent manner if he was trialed in a different state...if court has acquited him, then i wud hav understood ur frustrations but why on him being found guilty????just to remind u, he is from ur favourite railways minister's lalu prasad party and one of his key man

understanding of democratic and judicial system is well known. shahabuddin has more than 24 criminal cases against him! if he has been given punishment for his first crime 23 crimes may not have been committed...in our country everything is delayed and probably that is why we all are frustrated and shouts for immediate execution of verdicts.

Why only sahabuddin, there are so many sahabuddin in the face of political leader,as MP & MLA and also sheltered by them for their individual benifits should be brought under judicial custody and punish for life long to clean the dirt,so that Bihar can regain its past unforgotten glory...........By C.B.MISHRA

Samir, biswajit is pointing to the existence of such a criminal in a powerful position in society. Of course, courts everywhere are the same ue to their delays. But in this case, s'uddin used his power to attack and kill policemen as well as to subvert the course of law. However, his power was initially limited to Bihar (when he was not an MP). Thus, transferring the case outside Bihar would have helped at the time.

can anybody device a method by which this nasty animal is killed without spending even a single bullet? In fact he does not deserve a single paisa for putting him to death.
