Mumbai has served country well in the last 100 years, Now the city have become epitome of Marathi culture and we could shift focus to some other cities like Bangalore, Kanpur, Noida, Hyderabad, Trivandrum, Chandigarh Etc. That may solve problems

how many can understand hindi? hindi is only a national language like any other languages like tamil, bengali or marathi. For the sake of communication, lets speak in English in this forum. If you go to south india or abroad, nobody will understand your hindi.

Mr.Sriram, Cant you say that we are indian. and indians can roam in india anywhere,doesnt matter they belongs to North india or east india. North indians are not the beggers,north indian`s taxes,expens`s money, everything goes to the state government where they are living. Those north indians had the most active part in freedom fighting for the india where you are enjoying the peacefull life. Next time before deviding india in north and south think once again,u r an indian or not..
Our Government is the most laziest in the whole world...These statistics are not going to bother them at all. We Indians are never bothered about the future...We only give big talks and suggestions but we dont do anything..We can say plenty of things like me here too..but we dont do anything..i mean its not in our hands..our government should come out with more strict rules for the common man and his family..i know its not right to say how many kids a family can plan..but we have reached a point where we are forced to do this..

Yes you are correct but what to do our Government is busy in making money where can there get time to think about common man.
I think most people should migrate to the urban India, not that all should migrate to the metros but to the smaller cities and once they do then will no longer be small cities and the one which will provide better infrastructure they might challenge todays metros. So many people dependent on agriculture is not good for any country.

i think cities like Lucknow, Kanpur, Jaipur and Chandigarh are now going to be an investor's paradise. And the people who are dependent on agriculture are poor and illiterate so we don't really want them coming to the cities. The government should do more to help education in villages to help the poor.

Mumbai is Mumbai bacause Central government has invested a lot in Mumbai.The companies located in Mumbai sell their products all over india not only in Mumbai.You can not say that Mumbai is only for somebody and noone else can enter Mumbai.North Indian's have contributed a lot for the Developement of Mumbai as well as for the developement for the country, infact i think N.Indian's contribution for the freedom of the country is greater than anybody's contribution. Even is Indian army which is protecting our country's border most r from N.India,Contribution from W.India and S.India is negligible.So please stop spreading poison in the society and share each other problem's.

Yes and N. Indian contribution in India's freedom struggle was negligible .. The key contributors to Indian freedom struggle were Punjabis, Bengalis and Marathis

Just think on the same line if US citizen's start demanding that no one from India can enter US bacause they r not as well educated as US citizen's are and bcz from them US people r not getting good job's then wat will happen to our IT industry and all other indutries. Lakh's of people will get jobless nad after that their will be no Mumbai and no Banglore.So please think twice bofore raising such demands.

This debate is endless.Alway's remember that fittest will survive.Just wait for some more years.U can see that Banglore is now better than Mumbai.Bcz of this attitute several cities have overtaken Mumbai.I think in coming yrs several cities from N.India like Delhi,ChandiGarh,Gorgaon,Noida,Lucknow will do much better bcz of thier local Talent Pool.US is US bcz it welcomes all the talented people from all over the world.

Very cheap Mentality.If Indian Consitution have given Right for a indian to stay in any state who the dam are you to decide.If you have the Guts go and Grab the job we are not stopping you to do so.One of the reason for development of Maharashtra is Highly Talented People from North India.So try to Be An Indian First then A Maharashtrian
