I do not think so...It is infact the only org functioning.....no officer leaves his wife in the attic to rise..Please do not level such vulgar allegations on thoseofficers whoare shedding their blood for you...
Mr B Raman, you have written a short, crisp & shrewedly researched article which must be a testimony to your access to sensitive info. i particularly enjoyed yr choice of words in rebutting v k singh's views & in the process asking him to go to hell (& of course, making him look forward to the trip). frm a critic's view, i shud tell you that in the middle, u lost track of the focal point of the article by delving into irrelevant areas like the soviet shooting incident & the technical details (rubbish, to say the least) of telephone interception.
We were saved by the exceptional courage of our brave men otheriwise this could have resulted in a national catastrophe. We respect the courage of our brave soldiers who were MUCh better than their Pakistani counter parts and so we were saved or else God only knows what would have happened. So, regardless of what happens amongst higher circles, we send our tributes to our brave andc courageous soldiers because whom we are safe and happy.
