IT IS PAIN FUL TO LEARN THAT SO MANY PEOPLE ARE WASTING TIME AND THE MONEY FOR THE PREZ CONTEST!!! THE GOVERNMENT SHOULD CHOOSE TWO CANDIDATES ONE THEIR OWN AND ONE FROM OPPOSITION PARTY AND HOLD ELECTION SO THAT EVERYBODYS TIME IS SAVED AND COUNTRY WILL PROSPER YSNARAYANA
well this is just one more way of getting Famous in our Country .even though they know that the % of voting they are going to get is negligible.what can we say this is just foolish behavious

Anyone can file but you need atleast 10 persons with voting rights ( MLA'S or MPs ) to forward and second your nomination. All these other 17 persons nomination is sure to be rejected.

coz if they have some MLA's or MP's backing them then they will receive money to back-off and get those votes
