ok, if we think that we should be proud of Sunita (though she is an American), Indian govt should award her for her achievement. Which is that award? BharathRatna?

I am sure had sunita been of your community you would have all praises for her. This is where we fail as a nation. Sunita's origin is Indian and thats what matters. Moreso, lets respect her achivement even if she had nothing to do with India. Lets all pray not only for Sunita but the entire crew. They are all great.

"there is nothing she has achieved"??? What is wrong with you? She is an astronaut- to be one- one has to be in the finest physical condition and highly educated in the field of science and engineering. Its like being an elite warrior.
Dear Sunita wish u and ur crew member a safe return to earth we indian are proud for your achievement along with we confident you shall be soon visiting India our prayer would not go in vain.

Unless you have actually spoken to people engaged in space research, I dont think you will get the idea. The whole intent of space research is to understand our universe, thereby understanding our own place in evolution which finally leads to better understanding of our environment. It remains to say, this helps us understand mother earth better and how we can improve our way of living while at the same time care for our planet.
