9. Madam Pratibha will have her personal agenda. First and foremost will be to give an increase to her salary. Austerity is not meant to be practiced but only to be preached to others. Simplicity of Rashtrapathi Bhavan will be removed because in the dictionary of Madam Pratibha Patil dignity and decorum are directly proportional to opulence and extravaganza. Her kin and clan will be swarming Rashtrapathi Bahvan.
10. Congress has, willy nilly, enhanced the personal image of Dr Kalam. Every action of Madam Pratibha will be judged by comparison with Dr Kalam and not only people of India but also citizens of other country will condemn every day all those who have based their selection of Madam Pratibha on factors which had no relevance to the welfare of our country. What a pity. A great nation like ours has become a household toy of one single individual. High institutions have been turned into slots in a roulette. Woe be to Congress and Congressmen.

8. Madam Sonia Gandhi has achieved her goal ie emasculate the highest office in India. What love and commitment to Indian cause you can expect from a foreigner. Support to Madam Pratibha from DMK, BSP, NCP and RJD is a quid pro quo arrangement bereft of any interest for the country. All these parties will be remembered for their abject surrender to Congress which is all set to destroy all decency in public life and destroy high institutions. Office of the Prime Minister of India is nothing but an extension of 10 Janpath and our Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh does not have any qualm in sacrificing his self respect and esteem to satisfy his personal ambition who allowed his ambition to cling to the seat be pandered to. Good bait but bad fish. A case of a first class intellectual metamorphosing into a third rate politician. With Madam Pratibha, Rashtrapathi Bahvan will be an appendage to the kitchen of Madam Sonia Gandhi. The only office to be usurped by Madam Sonia Gandhi is the Election Commission of India. When the present Chief Election Commissioner retires Navin Chawla will become Chief Election Commissioner. The person who will fill the vacancy created by Gopalaswamy will no doubt be another stooge of Congress like Navin Chawla. There will be unprecedented competition among the Election Commissioner who can crawl best in front of Madam Sonia Gandhi. With Madam Pratibha as President of India, Navin Chawla will be declared an angel and the case against him
7. It is not clear why the Leftists have made this integrity concept so elastic. Is it possible that the new crop of Communists do not consider honesty as an absolute characteristic but a relative one with compromises and concessions. Why do not they have moral uprightness in directing the Congress to change the candidate. Hope the communists have not become corrupt. What happened to their demand for morality in public life. If only such allegations had been leveled against BS Shekhawat, the Leftists%u2019 would have brought rafters of the parliament down by their violent exhibition of love for probity. The way the Leftists contributed to the selection of Madam Pratibha reminded what Kurushchev remarked about the Indian Communists in 1956. His remarks were after witnessing participation by comrades in religious activities in Kerala and West Bengal. He said that the Indian Communists were too shrewd to mix communism with religion. He encouraged the hypocrisy because it helped in the growth of communism. Compromise and concessions on basic principles are not alien to Indian communists.
Communists were never patriotic. It is not clear how and why the others in this group refused to give recognition to the Bharath Ratna but preferred a candidate who is not even a Padma Sri awardee.

Even while selecting a Class IV employee in a Government department, basic qualifications required to be appointed are prepared, a panel of names is prepared, credentials of each candidate are verified, if necessary each candidate is interviewed and the final selection of the best among the lot is made. Even while implementing the rules for reservation for different categories, minimum standards which cannot be compromised are fixed lack of which makes a candidate unfit for the appointment.

Such is the respect and concern they showed to the citizens of this great country. Congress, the party which claims to be the conscience keeper of the Government. The Family of its leader pride themselves as having shaped the destiny of this country. Probity in public life is something which the Leftists have been ad nausea clamoring for. Here is an instance where hypocrisy of both these parties got exposed.

This was the money collected from one and all in the from of various taxes by Government of Maharashtra and sanctioned to the Cooperative Bank and the Sugar Mill run by her and her family members. Reason why this swindling is viewed by Congress and its leader as a virtue is the liberal donation Madam Pratibha made to Rajiv Gandhi Foundation of which Madam Sonia Gandhi is the Chairperson. It is a common secret that in Congress, loyalty to Madam Sonia Gandhi, (please note NOT Loyalty to Congress party) is judged by the quantum of contribution made to Rajiv Gandhi Foundation, a charitable trust authorized to receive contributions from abroad. It is outside the purview of any tax. Our Priem Minister and Finance Minister, who have taxed everything have no guts to touch the `TRUSTS%u2019 managed, nay enjoyed, by unscrupulous persons lest they get he boot. How else do you think Navin Chawlas, Sonia Gandhis, Karunanidhi command undisputed loyalty from their minions.
6. More the allegations against Madam Pratibha, that too with high risk of successful prosecution, more suitable Madam Pratibha becomes in the reckoning of Congress. Higher the vulnerability to legal actions more pliable the President will be. Any sign of stiffening of her vertebrae can be removed by threat of criminal prosecution.
4. Commitment to secularism was set out to be the foremost condition for the candidate and only on this ground Shivaraj Patil and Karan Singh were rejected by the Leftists. How secular Madame Pratibha is. First, she does not have much love for her Muslim brothers as evident from her public utterances on `Muslim conquests%u2019, `attributing lack of progress among Muslims to their mad love for their religion%u2019 and `failure of Muslims elders to wean away Muslim youths from the path of militancy. Her religious fervor, on the other hand, very often makes non-Hindus `untouchables%u2019 at any function in her family. People of Jalgaon narrate instances when Madame Pratibha had baths after visiting local slums only to ward of the `unsacred dirt%u2019 collected by touching `Achut%u2019 people and washed her house after a Congress man from lower caste called on her.

Madame Pratibha%u2019s Credentials that make her deserve to be President of India.
There is a Card game called `BLUFF%u2019. This has several variation one of which was played by Indian National Congress and the Leftists recently when they set out to identify a candidate to be propped up to succeed Dr APJ Abdul Kalam. Leftists entered the game with the sole aim of vetoing or `trumping%u2019 as known in the card game be it Shivaraj Patil, Sishil Kumar Shinde, Karan Singh or AK Antony, X, Y or Z. The Master Card which they expected Congress to play ie Pranab Kumar Mukherjee, was not played by Congress as that would have resulted in dummy reversal and counter trumping much to the joy of the Leftists. After much cross trumping and interpolations by DMK, BSP and NCP, Congress hit upon the stealthy route ie `scape carding%u2019 as they say at the card table, by inserting the Joker card ie. Madame Pratibha Patil. Communists squealed a bit on Madam Nirmala Deshpande. Congress cannot stand her name even for a Municipal Councilor because of her moral uprightness and uncomfortable conscience which are too uncomfortable to be put up by Madam Sonia Gandhi. The one and only rule that guided Congress, its allies like DMK, BSP, NCP and RJD and the Leftists is that Dr Kalam should not at all have a second term. That is how they showed their respect to an internationally renowned scientist who, against all odds, made India truly Nuclear Power and made every Indian feel proud.
