Mr. Amit Arora, I read your article through net. You are 100% right. Now an Italian started running India by her puppet PM & President. This is very unfortunate.
There is no choice in front of the people of India, he/she has to choose one out of the candidates, who stand in the election, whether they are corrupted or not. Suppose all the candidates are corrupted, then what is the choice infront of the people? They have to choose one out of them. This is very unfortunate.
There was a news in the paper that in 2035 Muslims will be in majority in India. Then out of them one Mushraff will born and will run the Country. He will catch and put all the Indian politicians in the jail, saying that now we are in majority and we will run the Government. At that time no Hindu can raise any question. You know there was a news in IBN7 that in Haryana a lady gave birth to 23 children and Govt. could see it but thre is no action against it. What is on top is the Nation. There should be only one rule to its citizens, irrespective of caste and religion. Rules should not be on the basis of religion. In Afganistan thre was a yellow card system to Hindus, it should be put outside the poket of everyone. Naturally no help from the government will be there to them. Similarly all pundits of J & K are thrown out of the state and they have become rikshaw pullers in Delhi. The government speaks about minorities, however, where is the importance of minority in J & K? The reservation t
It will be graceful in accordance with the number crunching of votes that Mrs. patil be permitted to be selected unanimously. The precious votes likely to be won by the loosing nominees will be wasted as negative votes while back tracking step by such nominees would strenghthen all the votes and ensure the President to be not a stamp and paper President. A consensus will only make her DURGA to destroy evil and prevent her to be a partisan empress of a ruling coalition. Kuldeep Chandra
Just like Rediff put article What should President Kalam do%u2026 same way they have to publish some articles related to UPA-Left candidate Pratibha Patil, that she should not file nomination paper for presidency poll in favor of Dr. A P J Kalam.
I think all media should ask this question to common people and in the basis of response Pratibha Pati should take any decision.
The wide gap between the opinions of the people and those of politicians in the country is against democratic spirit. This gap is clear in the choice of the candidate for the next President of the country. (In the poll conducted by the Indian Express recently the present incumbent, A P J Abdul Kalam was the choice of the greatest number of people. He surpassed Shekhavat, the present Vice-President and Shivraj Patil, the present minister for Home Affairs. He surpassed also Karan Singh, Sushil Kumar Shinde, Somnath Chatterjee and Amitabh Bachchan.)In various surveys and polls held by many sections of the media, the present incumbent, A P J Abdul Kalam was the choice of the greatest number of people. Common man wishes that the president of India should not be a party man. He does not expect the President to be a rubber stamp of the party in power. We had such Presidents in the past. One was V. V. Giri and another, Fakhruddin Ali Ahmed, who signed on the proclamation of emergency in the midnight of June 26,1975 at the instance of the deposed prime minister Indira Gandhi, who was unseated by the Allahabad High Court for corrupt electoral practices. Indira Gandhi had not consulted even her cabinet colleagues before taking the signature of the President. People wish such sorry history should not repeat. In democracy, will of the people must be supreme. Consequently, since our elected representatives have no consideration fo

absoutely.............In the democracy , people must be supreme............but in practical..........only few powerful people are running India as they want ..........to protect thier interest.
I don't think that if any Indian thinks honestly, then he/she could think of any other candidate more suitable in the current scenario than Mr A P J Abdul Kalam.
I am a Brahmin (I am not communal) but I still believe Mr Kalam should be our President because he desrves it. He is a man of virtues. He is an honest man devoted to the well being of the society. If you want to know more about his good deeds, you can refer to his biography "Wings of Fire".
After Dr Rajendra Prasad, I believe Mr Kalam is the only candidate who deserve to represent the nation at International Level. I request all to come out of communal or political biasing mindset and be true to themselves. We all will get our fair share of fortune but when it comes to the stage of deciding the highest representative of nation, we should choose nothing but the ONLY BEST and that's why we should opt for Mr A P J Abdul Kalam. It is sad that our opinions may not be taken into consideration by those who will have the privilege to be a part of this election.
WE WANT DR. ABDUL KALAM ONLY. THE PERSON LIKED BY THE WHOLE INDIA . THE VOICE OF INDIA. IS GOD LISTENING TO US. WE ONLY WANT DR. ABDUL KALAM. SIR ABDUL KALAM. THE HONEST KALAM. THE VOICE OF INDIA KALAM. THE ONLY PERSON WHO WAS LIKE BY ALL THE PERSON OF INDIA AFTER CHACHA NEHRU, BUT MY OPINION IS THE TRUE CHACHA IS ONLY KALAM. KALAM KO SALAM. THE EVEREST HIGHTEN KALAM.THE HONEST KALAM. THE INSPERATION OF INDIA KALAM.

"What is in store for the Country (India) - Shikhandi (PM), Chamcha (President), Ruler (Foreigner)" Should not we pause and give a thought to the coming time ? May the Almighty God enlighten the countrymen and specially politician in power (with voting rights) to see through their future in their action.
