you people rigged those IAS exams as well, don't blame marathis for your states situation improve it and then tell us about your qualities. Shivaji was not born in Bihar but in Maharashtra...we are people with pride and not the corrupt looters of these countries......

Arun, Yes Bihar is not about only laloo, its about ias/ips/corruption. thats why these services have become so corrupt that no one except only corrupt /inept people want to join civil services now.
Whatever progress India has made is not due to these people but despite these people.

Wake up man!! Look at IITs, UPSC or any fair competetive exam result. You will understand the potential of Biharis.

What is the correlation between good results and open jail. Open jail is a positive sign which indicates improving law and order.
Delhi has a huge tihar jail. Does it mean delhites do not have potential or they are bad. I think people need to broaden their perspective.

hello HRP, Do u know there are 26 open jails all over india and none in bihar... and by the way how do u relate this to exam results.. it is because of this poor logic that people from ur state can't get thru any of the national level exams... please spend ur time improving ur logic rather than participating in such non sense dicussions..

u guys are all idiots...instead of helping to build one great nation, you all are fighting amongst each other...seriously...i love bihari, marathi, gujarati, bengali, madrasi, tamil, and u name it...images are built by us...we have to fight it off...as for potential of biharis, i know they have high potential and I even support the building of IIT training camps, but you cannot ignore the wrongdoings that also happen there...we have to work togethr to remove it...plz...
