India is Great & Giving very very good & encouraging examples to our younger illiterate generation
by R@jesh Dube on Jun 22, 2007 04:30 PM  Permalink

Thanks to the judicials & the people concerned who have got this favour of 7 years prisonment. I am sure Telgi was born with a golden spoon which our judicials could not remove for a long time....

How could they give such decisions where our poor people's hard earned money is being taken for others enjoyment.

Who will change INDIA ??? Definitely not those judicials & people involved.

Mother INDIA is crying .. Let's get together wipe off the tears if we dream see a happy & safe life for our future.

Jaago Bhai Jaago !

What a Joke
by Wolverine Logan on Jun 22, 2007 01:13 AM  Permalink

7 years? Why 7 years? That is a punishment for a common thief who robs a common man, but for a thief who loots more than a billion people, that 7 years is a peanuts. Besides the theft, he will be fed for 7 years by the tax payers??? what a joke this is. I feel the law should be changed for ministers and all who rob the entire nation, immediate death.

Ok then when will Chagan Bhujbal and Sharad Pawar be sentensed
by BostonPunekar on Jun 21, 2007 10:58 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Telghi could not have built an empire without the direct support of NCP leader Chaghan Bhujbal and also Sharad Pawar and his support on that to Chaghan Bhujbal.

The Brain Mapping vidieo of Telghi clearly showd him taking and describing the real names behind the stamp duty scam, and it was none other than Chaghan Bhujbal.

Its the minnows and small fry like Telghi getting sentenced, but the main ones behind the scene like Chaghan Bhujbal and Sharad Pawar, still romaing scott free, and yet "leading" the masses.

We are aware about the Tegi scam and the NARCO ANALYSIS TEST REPORTS published in various newspapers and media. When will those politicans who are living in such a pomp and splendour and amassed crores of rupees and assets from nothing will get punishement? When this type of partisan investigation and giving protection of politican criminals will end from this country?

RE:Another anti national muslim
by Ajit Menon on Jun 22, 2007 01:42 AM  Permalink
This is written in bad taste with only one intention - increasing the hatred! Indian people are being subject to the following tactics by communal groups:
1. Malign another religion whenever a criminal from that religious community commits a crime.
2. Pose as belonging to another religion (usually on internet) and malign the religion the person is from so that he can incite his brothers against abuse from people of the other religion.
3. Come up with sterotypes such as 'pseudo-secularist' etc. to target educated and intellectual people who do not share this view of hatred.
This is a big problem. Alas, even good people can succumb to such velied & concereted efforts!

Yes, its really sad that the moderator has actually not banned the above script. Religious hatred in any form... ANY form should not be tolerated... Guys, please grow up and don't throw stones on people just for their religion... We may be born black, white, hindu, muslim, indian, pakistani .... but the fact is we are Human Beings first... and thats it.. theres no other.. Im a human, so are you.. and nothing else really matters... Divisions like countries, caste and religion are all man made so that he can belong to a herd and call upon that herd if trouble arises.. its animal instinct.. its high time people realize this... What are we benefitting by increasing hatred.. nothing... u can only cure a wrong by doing some good.. in whatever small way you can... take it easy dudes and chill... lifes so much more fun if we learn to love and forgive each other (sorry if im soundin like a priest :) )... Jonas

Billion Rupee man Telgi
by mukesh sharma on Jun 21, 2007 04:10 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

A question to all indians?

Have you ever dream of earning 10 crores or more in 7 years ?

I will say only by miracle, Telgi earned billions of Ruppes and in returns he has been asked to pay just imprisonment of seven year is absolutely nothing.

He should be hangged seven times for killing the national economy.

RIDICULOUS...!
by Raja Subramanian on Jun 21, 2007 04:01 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

I've lost faith in the Indian judiciary.

A person like Telgi can get away a simple 7-year term for taking the entire nation for a ride..! Who will account for all the time and money that we, the nation, were swindled of?

Alternatively thinking, maybe it is worthwhile for Mr. Telgi to spend 7 years in prison, and then enjoy his spoils thereafter - he only has to wait 7 years now to enjoy a few thousand crores stashed away someplace... worth all the efforts for him at our expense..!

It's time that such people are punished to the fullest extent of law!

He has no right to live,he is a burden on earth.
For such crimes, criminal law is to be amended, if required.
