Why India is not seeking for the young politicians? In India there is AGE LIMIT of retirement in every job except POLITICS, why? I strongly propose that there should be maximum age limit of 60 years to contest any elections in India if not then why there is a need of retirement age limit in jobs? Anybody who will feel that he/she is not fit mentally or physically will take the retirement, it%u2019s very simple. Are the politicians are only responsible for overall degradation of India. Everyone is talking of %u2018Increased Indian Economy%u2019 but not the declined basic amenities to the citizens like health, drinking water, infrastructure, power in particular in towns/villages. Regarding the current issue of elections of President of India why the political parties support to one candidate considering the common Indian issue (not their political party%u2019s issue)? In order to pass the bill in the house favoring the politicians personnel issues like salary and other allowances no body will oppose, in a similar way they should support the most favorite candidate.

I DO AGREE WITH YOU. THE PUBLIC SHOULD COME ON THE ROAD AND SUPPORT H'ble Dr.KALAM. THE POLITICIANS WILL PROTEST AGAINEST SMALL USELESS ISSUES AND CALL THE LAY OFF AND MAKE USE/FULL OF PUBLIC SMARTLY..... NOW THEY SLEEPING.....SO ITS A TIME TO WAKE UP FOR CITIZENS.

Please shun these politicians, as they are doing nothing but gaining political points........ All these peoplle expressing their views in openion polls are one who dont even turn to exercise their right to vote. (bcoz he was pro-NDA) for Madame to become PM. Now once he is out of the way and Madame's ghar ke bai becomes Prez, Madame can officially become the PM.
Kalam is the way to go. Congress has got the terror of pre 1975 into existence by getting Prathiba as the Candidate. Puppet Presidents have come and gone...
let us all vow in the name of our motherland that we will ban the congress / Mrs gandhi family forever in our lives. Never attend their meetings,never vote for anyone who had their photo in campaign. Kick the rubber stamp PM out of his house. The greatness of the person is shown is by his assertive ness to truth but some how this shy useless PM seems to lack the guts to stand against his boss unlike MR. PV Narsimha rao who has stood against all the odds to make him best financial minister. Learn for the people who had real guts Mr. PM. IF Mr. Kalam do not become president for any reason in the world you should take the moral responsibility and resign,if u do not do this we will stop paying the taxes to the useless government, which cannot respect the majority.

It is rather unfortunate that the politics of our country doesn't allow such a great human being like Dr.Kalam to become the president for the second time, even though he is favoured by a vast majority of the people of India. such is the state of politics in our country. The politicians prefer some dumb person to be a president rather than such a great person. INC has become italian national congress now and India is being ruled by an Italian rather than an Indian. Its a shame to the people of this great country,India to have such people ruling them. How nice it would have been, if we, the citizens of India, had a right to choose our president, instead of the elected representatives choosing the president.

If we all are united, we can teach these guys a lesson in a minute but they see that we will not be united for a second, This is the main job. It needs few minutes to bring the whole governement down peacefully, if we all are united, but his cannot be unfortunately due to the tricks played by these politicians from the days before independence.

Noone have to play tricks. The hidden agenda, blame-it-in-others attitude etc. will pull everybody down! All you need to do then is to find a scape goat for everything like Greg Chappel in cricket!
Dr. Kalam the great Indian Scientist... he deserves to be honoured as the First Citizen of India. This man laid his whole life just to make India a missile power. If we compare his dedication with partibha patil... i dont think she stands anywhere in front of Dr. Kalam.

Instead of uplauding his efforts.. see what guys like pawar and lalu are saying .. that he should resign gracefully.. Do these disgraceful people know what is grace.. I think they fear.. if he Dr.Kalam continues for one more term people will then ask him to rule the country
