pratibha patil is the mother of smita patil and monther in law of sandip patil, she is also related to shivraj patil and has some relations with bhairon singh also, isnt she qualified enough, if not she has been a loyal servant to all the gandhis, even dinesh gandhi who played a couple of test matches for India, she is obsessed with the name gandhi and can do anything for someone having a name resembling gandhi!!!

when our country is in war, if our country is in political crisis, if she faces a national calamity the Prime Minister cannot move the critical forces like the armed forces, domestic military police, and rescue forces. It is the President who has total control over them. A president can dismiss the central Government if the case arises for that. Prime Minister is just a loud box. President means Business. So we should care to bring a ripe matured politician to be there for the country. Prathiba Patil is the best now there among the candidates

what does pratibha know about armed forces?? She will tell them to retreat in case of war, like Nehru did, and give Kashmir to Pak, and some POW's too to languish in Pak jails for ever....
"However, according to sources, a senior DMK leader had never heard of her and asked a Congressman if she is the wife of Home Minister Shivraj Patil?"
Couldn't stop laughing out loud for at least 2 minutes when I read the above. Even now I am unable to control my laughter. Look at the basic instincts of our politician leaders!!!

well if u seriously think about that poor DMK guys plight he is not completely wrong, congress has created this kind of nepotism in the country that everyone is bound to fall prey to it, plus he comes from DMK where karunanidhi is trying to push everyone from his family into union cabinet, karunanidhi is also a great rajnikant fan by the way though I dont know why he keeps wearing those sunglasses even in pitch dark???
BJP is not worthy of India. Excuse me for being brazen, but what could I say about a party that made money from soldiers coffins and shoes. Of a party lead by weak-kneed fellow, literally, who at one time did not remember members of his ministry. The fellow who ignored 17 letters sent by an army officer of an impending attack on Kargil because he wanted to earn name of peacemaker with Pakistan. When Gujrat burned, it was the same fellow who other than issueing a generic statement "Raj Dharm" remained mute. The party rightly earned sobriquet of Bharat Jalao Party. The very fellows who claim as protectors of Indian culture made a complete surrender to MNCs and sold Public Sectors on a platter. A case in point, which never came out, is they prevented the Dr. Reddy labs from coming out with a drug that countered Pfizer and muffled it under the swadeshi cry. To all those escapists in the US who make armchair analysis of the politics in India, take time to look into other side of the Bangaru Judeo Party. As for me I dont think that is any hope of rationality prevailing on fellows like you even after the BJP and its cronies being stripped naked in public by Tehelka. Now that the Sangh Parivar camp feels impotent in the face of single woman, you whine and wail at her abilities. Well, there is nothing else you can do. Go ahead and heap abuses against Sonia. You hypocrites try to be critical. If you truly love your country be lead by your head by your heart.
Clearly you are a Bha*dw*a.... Anti-national element from Bangladesh/ Pak. Who else can be so brainless? The topic is the President... You talk like your mother took the Spe)rm of some white christian born out of the shit of the Vatican slaughterhouse....
What Hindus (read India) need to do is upto the the Hindus. X_ian traitors, lickers of Sonias p**sy should shut up and settle in Italy.
When traitors can support anti-national X-ian missionary mafia and the b**ch Sonia, a Cabaret dancer, you have no right to ask the NRI Hindus to stop criticism.
At the end of the day, you missionary bha*d*was are dacoits.... stealing the temple wealth, illegally occupying temple/ Hindu lands... Bloody Incestu0us ras*cals.... You people are like HIV viruses... may be a full blown AIDS....

Ranjan your views forces me to write. To start with a disclaimer - I am NOT a BJP fan, but just a BJP a supporter. And one of the reasons for me being a supporter is the very man you bashed ! Coming to your seemingly fav COngress- may we know why 90000 Pakistani soldiers were returned, and Karachi and Peshawar returned, without getting anything in return? May we know why and under whose guidance Mr Q's accounts were defreezed, the arrest warrant forgotten to be re-issued etc etc. Who was the party which in the 1st time og our independent history made us sell our gold? - was it BJP? When and how did the caste politics start in India? And who is really taking it to ner hieghts? Do you comprehend the effects of the caste politics that this govt is playing? And you reeally think the PSU are worth the nickel? Have you ever gone to a govt office, and you really like it there? Consider the monetary value of the huge ineffeciencies of the PSU. They are mostly a burden on the common man, because most of them suck out good money from the system. And govt departments, the lesser said the better. You should know that it was in BJP's time that India started seeing a 8% growth. Definitely there were shameful moments like Tehelka, Gujarat etc. But corruption is common to all parties, BJP is no exception. If you read a recent report of the nfrastructure projects during NDA and UPA time, you wouldnt say what you did.
And lastly, Mr S Bandopadhyay is correct. If you are a BJP basher, th

Great man!!! you have the inside out knoweledge of Inidan Politics... But tell ppl of ur country that i m an American and not Indian, y r they so happy if i m in Space
If Mrs Patel is replacing a useless President, nobody would have bothered. Look who she is replacing. If the politics goes like this no body knows what will happen in few years. I think the Congress will sell the country. Poor spineless PM is just a belted dog of an Italian. Hope some miracle happens and Dr APJK remain as President of India.
