Goa has had the dubious history where even the speaker of the legislative assembley had infact participated in the defection drama.
Nowhere in in India will you have an example where a speaker of the house defected and disqualified some of the MLA's and then became a CM himself..!!!
This is a Goa only phenomenon which is as unique as its feni..!!
Making the old fox and crook like Pratap Singh Rane the Speaker is still not going to make the Goa cabinet and government stable and safe.
But I still love the Beacehes, the Fish and the Feni.
Love for chair has become a symbol of any politician particularly for Congress imbeciles. This is applicable for all from Sonia Gandhi downwards. But this has been exhibted in highly vulgar manner in Goa when Pratap Sinh Rane became the speaker after being CM of the state for so long a time and on many occasions. He should comit sicide rather than occupying the seat of the speaker.
