Terrorism is there because of policy of Developed countries like US, and other European contries is different in different parts of world. A uniform and strict policy is needed to counter Terrorism of all shades. Nothing is being done to counter terrorism as a whole, somewhere it has been used as their tool for international politics by developed countries.
Moreover, no body is listening for terrorits. I think some special international committee should be formed to deal with them. By talks, we cannot convert terrorism organization into peace fold, I am sure their membership drive will get a thrawt.
