Dont be surprised if Vanzara & co are released on bail very soon. In Gujarat anything is possible. An art student is promptly arrested, permission to conduct narco tests is routinely granted for ordinary people, but these 'encounterers' will get away scot free.
since nodi came in to power total administrative setup has been tanted and safronised his administration tried and even succeded in many areas to use legal system for his terrorist activities
no wrong .terrorist, their shelter their supporter, comrades, naxal ,all are same .in our judiciary too late decsicsion. in such cases only alternate shoot at site above all elements without any enquiry. only honest officers appointed for this work. if media support such elements also banned under anti national activities.

It is because of such guys and their boss Narendra that the silent majority could continue living in this so called Hindustan.
Otherwise it would have already been usurped by the naapaak and chin, who would have distributed it equally among themselves.
Safed topi would have been taking orders from Islamabad.
Shocking decision. The courts as a matter of routine grant permission for narco tests on all suspects. Yesterday permission was granted for Mrs Jadeja accused of harbouring a murder suspect. Whereas Vanzara & co who are actual murder suspects were shielded from narco. If this is not double standards, what is ? Someone in the Gujarat govt is petrified as to what the narco on these 'encounterers' would disclose. It is also highly unusual for this kind of hearing to go on for so long when it could have been decided in one hearing itself. Tremendous pressure must have been applied to ensure that permission was not granted. Dont be surprised in Vanzara & co are released on bail very soon. Lets hope the Supreme Court takes notice.
The AP police are even more notorious than their Gujarat counterparts in staging fake encounters. They had committed the worst atrocities during the Congress rule under Vengal Rao, Janardhan Reddy and the present YSR%u2019s fascist murdering almost 2000 revolutionaries and sympathizers while over a thousand murders were committed during the nine-year rule of the TDP. AP can boast of several Vanzaras who had committed brutal murders after arrests and torture and all of them had got away unscathed as it had always been the policy of the successive governments to carry out fake encounters. Murderous DGPs like HJ Dora, Ramulu, Swaranjit Sen, DIGs like Gautam Sawang, Aravinda Rao, SPs like Balasubramanyam, Srinivasa Reddy, DT Naik, Surendra Babu, Praveen Kumar, Meena, Stephen Ravindra, Murali and many others are all masters in the art of torture and murder of revolutionaries. And all these criminals received promotions and huge incentives from the government for committing these murders. In just over two years since January 2005, YSR%u2019s Congress government in AP had murdered several leaders like Vadkapur Chandramouli, Gautam, Jagadeesh, Samala Venkatesh, Jangaiah, Mohan, Karuna and over three hundred revolutionaries and sympathizers after arresting them. And each of these officers is corrupt to the very core as the case of Murali, the SP of Vishakha rural, who is presently in jail for amassing illegal assets to the tune of Rs. 30 crores, clearly shows.

It is really shocking. Unless the Supreme Court takes notice, there is no chance for justice. Why dont you write a letter to the CJ of the SC about this, stating all the facts. Even the SC must be getting fed up of PIL's by now, but there is a small chance that they may take notice.
In striking a balance between civil liberties and national security, the authorities have a daunting task. The Indian experience clearly suggests that it is extremely difficult to get a terrorist convicted through the ordinary process of law. Whether in Punjab during the Khalistan troubles or Jammu & Kashmir today, legal niceties have routinely been discarded because fear overwhelms witnesses, lawyers and judges. This is equally true of the war against Maoist terror in Andhra Pradesh. And even when there is due process, as with the conviction of Afzal Guru for the attack on Parliament, there are enough terrorist-friendly activists to claim that the evidence was fabricated and the verdict flawed.
The conflict between robust anti-terrorism and cynical politics is at the heart of arrest of DG Vanzara and two other IPS officers on charges of killing Sohrabuddin Sheikh, a known extortionist and gun-runner, and his partner in a "false encounter". The English-language media, especially that section which blends visceral hatred of Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi with a perverted sympathy for Islamist causes, has gone apoplectic. With indignation running riot, there are wild suggestions that Gujarat has made it its business to target "innocent" Muslims (like Ishrat Jehan whose death was commemorated by the Lashkar-e-Tayyeba website) in false encounters. A reputed newspaper with Communist sympathies has, in defiance of all journalistic norms, even published a forged docu

You have very conveniently forgotten the brutal murder of Kauserbi who was not accused of any crime. Investigations by several law enforcement agencies have not found the slightest hint of criminal activity related to Ishrat Jahan, whose only fault was to run away for a dirty weekend with her boyfriend. The problem is not confined to Gujarat, as you very rightly state. It is however the Gujarat Govt that is unique in seeking to derive political mileage from these encounter murders. Vanzara is even otherwise, no saint. How has he amassed Rs 300 cr wealth, as reported in the media. Even if that figure is only 10% true, how has he earned that sum in a police officers salary? Who is he to determine the punishment for any other so-called criminal? Does he not deserve a dose of his own medicine?
