U protested so much against the cartoonist but dont protest against Mohammad Ali, stupid mullas who issue fatwas nor against terrorists. Explain these things.
No wonder, one tends to agree with the views expressed by Imran and saif about Islam.

Good question. "on". Frankly speaking I have not come accross such verse from Quran. But there r verses in Quran which say that "wives r tilth", "A women's testimony is half that of a man", "A man can have 4 wives" etc. From all these things, muslim people conclude taht status of women is inferior to amn and they need not be educated.
What Vice President of All India Muslim Personal Law Board Syed Kalb-e-Sadiq said is "It is some people who give a wrong interpretation of the Koran to exploit the women".

Yes, Quran was revealed by Allah and it is perfect book. It's not a story book or a sequel. It has a message for how to live on this earth. It's situation based and has solutions for all the problems. The Quran challenged 1400 years ago that if any one thinks that it is not from Allah, then let him/her come up with 10 verses similar to itself. This chanllenge was thrown when Arabian peninsula was at the peak of poetry and literacy. And that challenge is still valid. There have been many who tried and gave up by themselves in coming up with similar verses.
It was revealed in Arabic and only 18% of Muslims are from Arabic speaking. It's very simple and concise in conveying the message, which is no different from other prophets such as Adam, Noah, Abraham, Ishamel, Isaac, Moses, Jesus etc.

"There is no discrimination against women in Koran. It is not correct to say that Islam is anti-women. It is some people who give a wrong interpretation of the Koran to exploit the women," Vice President of All India Muslim Personal Law Board Syed Kalb-e-Sadiq said here.
At a function on the occasion of birth anniversary of Hazarat Fatima Zohra, the daughter of Holy Prophet, organised by Iran Culture House, Sadiq said Islam is not against reasoning and justice. "The time has come for proper interpretation of Shariat laws."
Chairperson of Guild of Service V Mohini Giri said there was a need to remove women discriminatory laws from the country.
"We must have a comprehensive women friendly law as soon as possible," she said.

Dear Sharp Head We muslims instead of accpeting that Islam is false have a very easy way of Hiding the truth by saying we are not following what prophet had said. Mohammed carried a sword, he married multiple wives including a little girl, he took slaves, he broke his solemn oath. He did many things that not even a virtuous pagan could approve. And he did it in the name of Allah. Is this what u want us to follow.

Guys, I am alarmed at a development in Pakistan. They have started a rationalist website www.towelianism.wordpress.com.

Dear Rational Indian, please do not try to inflame communal passion. We have had enough of this already. We all should try to propogate rationalism at every opportunity and try to make the religious fundamentalists (of all hues) understand the futility of religions and gods which have no real utility today. By the way hindusim propogates "Loka Samasta Sukhino Bhavanta" which means Let the whole world be happy. If our neighbouring country is improving, we all should be happy.
