I've never seen places so filthy and disorganised in my life. The hell is better than an Indian city in reality.
I always thought Indian people are smart and hardworking. After reading all these comments, i realize that Indians are very complicated people. They talk the talk but they rarely walk the walks.
Interestingly, I found that most people here seems like to blame your government for corruptions and mismanagement. There are lots of blaming games going on and on.
Why don't you live a simpler yet healthier life, starting from doing little things like keeping your streets and yards clean. Then you can talk about India becoming a Superpower..
I feel a strong sense of hopelessness, helplessness for India as a nation.

Infact recent studies showed that the world' biggest slum is not Dharavi in Mum, but its in Karachi :-). The whole of Dhaka itself is a slum. Pakis envy Indian accomplishments :-). don't forget that the majority of slums in india have muslims.

Dear Ramesh i think u r sadly mistaken.Maybe u have never actually been out of india or u live in a fools paradise. India is one of the filthiest countries of the world which does not require any explanations or elaborations and can be checked on UN. U say that muslims live in the slums. maybe this is how u treat ur minorities. Thats a shame and u r proud of it the self claimed secular india. It is this narrow minded approach that indi's like u have which has always givne india a bad name. And always remember that Gandhi was killed by a hindu. so much for extremism yea!

Dear Ramesh as u claim that u have lived in different states n countries it is very unfortunate to see that even so much expousre could do no harm to your typical narrow minded approach towards life. What i had pasted in my reply were facts of history , not hypothetocal events or situations. U need to understand this. Secondly i never talked about comparisons like you have done in your childish reply. All i had said were the state of events in a country with such great magnitude, "The secular India". My point here and earlier has been the typical Indi negative thinking, denial and narrow mindedness. Remember the 1996 Srilanka India semifinal.How indi behaved ! Sadly this is alos a fact.

All these organisations with the word "South Asian" are set up by the US state department. Beware of such organsiations. They have been made only to weaken India and not allow it to disengage with Pakistan (like a millstone around its neck).
These South Asian organisatoins (like South Asian Journalists Associaton) have been heavily promoted and infiltrated by CIA and ISI. In US, it is common knowledge.

Sunit Kumar! great man! namaste!salam! ur the only one that has summarised the facts correctly without any bias. pakistan india is same shit but on the different side of the border!india is gud at m,any things more tahn pakistan coz of sheer size and pakistan on the other hand is gud at some!if ull talk abt jihad element in pak u can see babri mosque,then mumbai massacre in 1990's then gujarat/godhara,i specifically wrote godhara as some might think im using bias! golden temple kashmir 7 lakh forces, thats all terrorism! but politics apart u cant compare 3/4 vs 1/4 if one does its mere stupidity! You just proved my point. I guess ignorance and hatred being preached will take a lot of time and effort to change. Like I said hatred only breeds hatred, if that's how you want to keep it then be it. Living in Pakistan you always got the same sense it's us worses them, but once you get to know people from other side of the border you realize that they are just like us. I have great friends in the US who are from India who I have a lot of respect for, but I guess I am preaching to deaf ears.

Going forward you should promote united India with no Pakistan because it was hatred and fear that led to creation of Pakistan. Yes and stop pointing fingers at Indian slums, corruption etc. with all that we still have democracy and dont send terrorists in other countries. We know our problems and trying to sort them out not going to other countries newssite and posting comments.

the situation is really volatile there because arms and drugs are sold on streets .those people who are in gulf countrys are in peace most of them are pathans and profession is generally taxi driving .from them i came to know that the people there dont have freedom ,homosexuality is big problem and many transexuals are millionaire and having havelis,regarding revenge they told that the locals dont forget to take revenge even after 50 years and even after that they say that they made hurry to take revenge.people of baluchistan are feared very much for there deadly behaviour.The punjabis are sweet speaking but they know what is their aim and they are always behind making money by hook or crook and they are very heavy drinkers.when asked about hinduism they say god is not in stone idol and they dont make movies about god and their prophet
regarding karachi they said it is a very big city like mumbai and even old drivers dont know which road goes where, this is the only good place for bussiness and freedom and women are seen in fashionable dress without burkha.note>!! this data was collected from some pathan drivers and construction workers in dubai this is what they described from their point of view
