Atheist have no right to talk about rituals on theism
by Sivakumar Balasubramanian on Jun 12, 2007 11:02 AM  Permalink

Communist folks should shut their mouth and keep away from preaching. They have absolutely no right to talk about theism. They dont know what is abc of theism, how can they talk of rituals. Keep away, else we have to take you on supreme court.

Dear muslims

Did u read today's Times of India. Two muslim girls studying in college have been assaulted by muslim men for pursuing education. According to them, girls getting educated is violative of Shariat. The Bombay High Court has directed Police to take action.

Mr. Zaheed Usmani et all- r these things not more important to u than entering hindu temple???? Why dont u devote more energy to reforming muslim community than dabbling in hindu matters????

And why rediff does not put up these news items? Is education not a greater issue than access to others' religious places?

Discrimination
by Surya Kanishka on Jun 12, 2007 10:42 AM  Permalink

Mr.CM,

Please rein yourself from making religious statements. You are not a religious pontiff nor a religious authority. Please refrain yourself from showing your dubious and failed marxist mentality. You have no authority as its a religious sanctioned act proposed by Adi Shakaracharya himself.

Its better you and your marxist chauvinists keep away.

We would suggest you to go and conduct an enquiry for the hundreds of Deaths in the Kottayam's regious conversion company.

We r at full liberty to restrict your entry into temples as much as u r at full liberty to restrict our entry into your places of worship.

At most temples, non-hindus r allowed. Guruvayoor seems to be a case of exception. Whether and why Guruvayoor should be an exception is an internal hindu matter.

I request u guys to quit this message board. U r diverting our energies from constructive debate.

If u criticise us, we can respond. Thanx to internet, we know more about Quran and bible than u know about our scriptures.

We can back up criticism of your religions quoting chapter and verse from your scriptures.

Good heavens, within minutes I found an Islamist who dared to JUSTIFY INNUMERABLE DESTRUCTION OF SOMNATHA TEMPLE!

Now, tell me what I am supposed to do?

If you/anybody dare abuse Hindus, you will have to hear Allah's Abuse.

Its as simple as that.

If you don;t want to hear Abuse of Allah, then ask your co-religionist fundamentalists from abusing my God!

Sounds like a fair deal?

Dear Bhaskar,
I'm one thousand percent with you. Non-Hindus who want to abuse our faith will have to accept abuse of their own religions; and to hell with anyone's sentiments or any convoluted 'secularism.' Thanks a lot for posting your message. What you've stated is indeed a fair deal.
Sincerely,
Jaganniwas Iyer

The more you bend the more you suffer. Wake up now !!!
by Chennai on Jun 12, 2007 07:47 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Dear readers,

The topic to be discussed is whether the person who entered the temple is realy Hindu or not. If he lives a like Hindu and prefers to be a Hindu then the temple's action is wrong. His mother being a Christian, definetely it is questionable. If he is ready to declare his faith on Hinduism then temple's action is wrong, and they should avoid this in the future.

Definitely it is not a discrimination, may be it is a wrong identification. Because of this the entire tradition can't be changed.

In other part of India, Army is being treated like a criminal for helping in construction and renewal of their religious place. None of these politicians are not talking about this. Why can't they bring in a law to allow anyone to construct any religious place? Do they have guts to do this? Is this not discrimation? They don't bother if they inslut our brave soldiers. Because of the vote bank.

We can't expect humanity from the politicians who openly supported the Coimbatore blast terrorists.

But the secular media & politicians are preaching about tolarance to Hindus.

What a great tolarance !!!

Madhu

Request: Let's discuss this topic. Don't simply report this as 'abuse'. Let everyone know if I am wrong.

give me a break... temple allowed him to enter...so there was no discrimination...they never stoped him... Now coming to Punyaham - it is simply a ritual normally followed by all the temples...it is also done in any brahmin place before we sit for any pooja...it is done for me as well....i suggest people to understand the process first and then talk about it...and "punyaham" needed everywhere, whereever politicans enter...
