It is the same congress and Mr. Rahul Gandhi who has lodged complaint in Delji for some thing written rubbish about Sonia Gadhi on internet.

yes...freedom of expression should be upto certain limit..once it is getting crosses action needs to be taken..
Its not the Q that should we or should we not ban orkut or even any such websites.
We must accept the fact that Democracy has given right to express but certainly not what ever we like or dislike. Otherwise we may start talking anything to anyone.
The lates raid by Shivsainiks on Cybercafes is because certain people (users of Orkut) have cross their limits of writting.
Do not write anything howso ever it may be true on public usable platforms.
In case if you wanna say so, restrict it with people whom you know.
If we do not control our feelings then we will turn out to be Society of Animals.

Then its better to have dictatorship.No elections, no public opinions.
Why we should waste money on Election process. If required we may enlist our tribal leaders to serve instant justice. Go back to public panchayats and rollback courts

Check out the survy of google in orkut users as 1.Brazil 2. USA 3.INDIA(14%)...n fourth one with nearly 1%...the american(developed GDP 14K) ppl use orkut for as luxurious thing...they hv lot much money to spend on such things but wht abt india(developing cuntry GDP 1k)? youth r really wasting time on peronal dating...and strange thing is tat no China,Japan,Austrelia(fast growing countries than INDIA) in tat list. This is why they r ahead of INDIA in all the fields. Personally i think minimize the use orkut.

Have you ever thought of why population is increasing steadily up. Its because of the lack of entertinment. Here Sex is the only entertainment for many. Similarly people neeed forums to express there feelings and opinions. If this is not there then in some time Naxal system will rule this country with shoot and get the rights

even banning the communities can be impractical. very soon there will be sites "i love Bal Thakare" and there will be so many hate messages and people will discuss about the all sort of things Siva Sena will never like. people will remember that what is the site they will find hate messages in even if this has some loving name. it looks like not only Siva Sainiks but even police of mumbai is also a ch/* u*. tia... they dont know that they cant do it at all.

If Mumbai Police asks Google.com to rein in orkut, its funny, because if anyone wants to post hate, they can do it whether on orkut or any other portal. If they want to ban orkut, they should think of banning this as well
