Will the Shiv Sena hooligans, half of them illeterate and criminals, who doesn't even have the calibre to enter the orkut's address in the browser, decide which site people can visit? So, tomorrow, if someone writes something agianst shiv sena / Bal Thackrey in rediff message board, then they will ban rediff ? Next they will decide to ban internet ?
Orkut should definitely be warned... Although I am a regular user of the said website... but we have to go by our country's Integration First and our Enjoyment later on... Orkut should be warned and help responsible for all the hate messages displayed on the website....The website Moderator should well scan any new community mde on it regularly.. It should be warned first ......and then may be BANNED if it does not accept its being wrong...
Do It...and do other things also like chopping off tongues that speak, popping off eyes that see and plugging off ears that listen.....GoI considers its citizens mature enuf to elect a bunch of dumbos into parliament to rule their lives but considers them lame enuf to speak,see and hear things which it "feels" are harmful for them...one contrasting country this India, I tell u...never fails to amaze me...
Bad people can do bad anywhere, Al Quida attacked on US with planes, it doesn't mean that US should ban planes. People can write bad on many website blogs which are available now. If not websites there are big big walls on street. I wish its all people who should change and do their stuff rather than putting finger in sensitive issues.
BAN EVERYTHING....... Don't allow anyone to express their views on paper, net, media. Don't allow people to speak anything or do anything. Earlier Indians were ruled by British and now they are ruled by handful of people in power. Good idea instead of blocking the offensive contect they are banning the whole website.
Go ahead also ban rediff, coz i am expressing my dis-agreement of banning orkut.
If some day a technology appears when everyone,s thought and private conversation will be discernible to everyone, then, will talking and gossipping be banned?
