The Gov of India is a pathetic entity, which always tries to take the easy way out instead of trying to find a logical solution to every problem..The govt should not boast itself for being the biggest democracy.Instead it is the biggest hypocracy in the world..Banning a site will make us feel as if we are living in China.

In what way you are in a better place than China. Who listens to you here in India. The government machinery is the biggest evil in the world. Indian corruption is the biggest industry in the world!!!!
The politicians makes derogatory remarks about each other almost every day, sometimes even in open parliament ... ban them as well !! I think we should rather be start trying to ban things like strikes n politics in the name of caste n religion, then wondering too much about things like Gere kissing Shilpa Shetty or banning Orkut coz of some hate communities ...
what a silly idea??...do these people think orkut is the only social networking site??...what stupidity!!...there are scores of social networking websites, if you ban one the other would become popular and more would sprung up...how could stop it??...
we are suppose to b living in a free country... free television ..of course with certain banned channels.. free media..of course with certain banned magazines.. free net of course with banned sites.. next in line is free employment with reserved jobs.. free education with reserved choices... this is free india.. reserved for the reserved few...
Why do not we ban everything n impose president rule.Every other day there is a tamsha in this country showing intolerance .Media coverage ensures any bloddy person can us ethis to gain fame.A mature society should condemn all this n take steps to stop fascist thoughts like banning
