Leadership crises - Ravi Naik can be political compulsion
by Y S on Jun 07, 2007 07:15 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Although I am not in good terms with Congress as they have no Unity & Integrity among themself. I Always dislike Ravi Naik bcos he was main culprit for spliting MGP in the past.
However he has proved that although he is corrupt he is able Leader and can give good leadership to Congress which is facing leadership crises due to non-vibrant Rane.

Ravi can be the face of Goa (Offcourse cannot be compared to parrikar). he could be not be the CM of Merit but better then Rane.

Congress unfortunately has no technocrat to meet Manohar Parrikar's capabilities. Between Rane and Naik, it is like picking between the less mediocre of two mediocre leaders. An economically "forward" state like Goa deserves a better CM.

Yea Nr rahul
I fully Agress with you. We deserve Parrikar but some how. Rane & Company with some Anti-social element have tagged parrikar a communal. So that they loot Goa.

Look at Shameless Cong MLA after 48 Hrs also they cannot decide on their Leader. This has happend last time and sin parrikar had 17 MLA on his side he was quick enough to form the goverment.

Goa CM
by Parag Hede on Jun 07, 2007 07:01 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Pratapsingh Rane has always been the CM of Congress in Goa as if by default. His contacts with people like Madhavrao scindia(before)and Arjun Singh(now)has always made him an automatic choice. Also he is the only congress mla who has not left the party for say last 25yrs.But now is the time for change and cong in Goa should certainly give the post to some other senior leader like Narvekar and not aya naik and gaya naik like Ravi Naik.

Parag.
But before 25 years Rane was also a defector. And Narvekar also a defector. All they started their careeer in MGP. So u cant blame ravi Naik because thebases of congress is defection.

Coming to Ravi Naik. Only he is the Vibrant leader who has given good leadership in early 90's he even went to arrest Churchill who was Don that time.

I agree that Ravi is not literate. But h is the man of action.

Another episode of political drama started and it's an excellent oppotunity for all MLA's to loot Goa. Independents have a high share.
Even God can't save Goa!

Instead of post comment find out the reason behind that.
people wants apna adami not hi fi adami.
The result may surprise in Gujarat if Modi continue to support to 5 crorepati instead of 5 crore people.

Being IIT graduate means you are a qualified engineer..it doesnt mean u will become a good CM...Secondly, when the CM's name is not yet announced how do u know he's 4th std pass?
