we are having this never ending discussion on who shud be the prez but then what r his powers, literally nuthin so skip it and lets support the govt of politicians who r so concerned abt the nation
I prefer a well educated person should be given chance to become President. We are very lucky to have Mr. Kalam as our president and i think it is difficult to replace such great personality.
I support Mr.Narayana Murthy as a president of this country who is not a politician. He is the pillar for growth of Infosys company. Definitely he should be president of this country which will fulfil the dream of Our beloved president APJ Kalam. Please support..........................................................
A non politician President is better. Proven by Hon President APJ Kalam. But comon people of India have no power to deside who would be as our system, its all in theier hands. They need a person to stamp papers approval as president. Imagine if UPA put errogant and partisan person like Somnath chattegy and all our democracy would dip in deep trouble.

Mr Somnath Chatterjee has not done an honest day of work in his life. However, the real power lies with Mdm Sonia Gandhi and not the people. Mr Somnath Chatterji knows this.
we cant judge that whether the president of india should come from a political or non political background.It all depends on his attitude.But the basic qualities of he president should be welleducated,intellectual,honesty and unique vision.He should not work under the pressure of the dirtypolitics and must not bow to these dirty politicians.

I support you, provided he takes Rakhi Sawant as the First Lady. At least we will see some entertainment.
Because Maximum politician are currupt. Maximum politician are not surving to the people of nation. Maximum politician are now from zero to multimilion in just winning in one election from corporator to MAL or MP or minister. Maximum politician are taking special prevalage over then LAW. The convection rate for politician is negligible then the ordinary person in india, because the law implecation agencies are differ for different peoples poor or rich. In last in my view for the president post, the person should be scientist, economist, professor, defence personal like as Dr. Abdul Kalam as current president.
I PRAY THAT WE SEE A MILITARY COLONEL OR MAJOR TAKES THE JOB. BECAUSE WITHING MONTHS HE WILL PUT ALL THESE POLITICIANS IN JAIL WITH THE CONTOL OF ARMY, NAVY AND AIRFORCE AS ONLY PRESIDENT CAN CALL THEM THREE AND WITH HIS KNOWLEDGE IN THEM HE WILL BEAT OUR POLITICIANS SUCH A WAY SUCH THAT ALL SCARED TO CONTEST IN ELECTIONS IN FUTURE WITH THE MOTTO OF MAKING MONEY. I AM WAITING FOR THE DAY WHERE MILITARY TAKE CHARGE OF INDIA AND RUNS UNCORRUPT.
DONT WORRY MILITARY WILL MISBEHAVE, THEY WERE FAR BETTER THAN POLITICIANS.
