All puranas and mythologies indicate that GOD incarnates when Truth is overpowered by evil,its been happening all over the world and its a shame its happening in Temples like the above incident,has anyonethought for a moment that if these so called GODS really existed wont they react to save their devotees from humiliation in one form or the other? Where was Allah when Muslims are evaded by soldiers in IRAQ Where was Jesus when Terrorists killed innocent lives in USA Where are the Hindu GODS when everyday a Non Brahmin is discriminated and Hindus killed in WAR in the border? I dont think any purification is required, and even if done so, it can be done in a quiet manner. It would be best if we do not allow non Hindus to the shrine as the allowing of non Hindus creates the problem. Not allowing Smt. Indira Gandhi was the best decision. Also it would be best if ministers who are responsible persons pray from outside or pray to the image of the deity at home if they are so devoted to the deity. It is the ministers sacred responsibility not to create public tensions and not to hurt religious sentiments

I really feel sad what happened to Mr.Vayalar Ravi's family regd Guruvayur temple controversy.It is sheer stupidity by Guruvayur temple authorities to conduct purification ritual since the minister's wife is a christian.People of all religions and castes must be treated equally which is not followed in india.
