Those independent India Gods who created the sacred fundamentals of this so called "Reservation" died their own death. But they left this immortal legacy behind for all of us to bear forever.
The concept was to have a fair society. Those who belonged to the beleaguered class required some support for upliftment and thus reservation came handy. But it's hard to believe that no-one thought for a clause to say when it ends.
An SC/ST when given a goverment job has already moved to a respectable class. So why on earth his/her offspring still needs a reservation. This open ended mess now makes sure that it's here to continue even after 60 years of independence.
Also, those SC/ST who have moved to upper class has a strong hold on exploiting the reservation and the benefit never reaches those who are still poor. Also the huge population that lives in poverty but doesn't have the privilege of being called SC/ST has no way out.
And then we have our dear politicians who want further reservation. OBC, DDC, PPC ... instead of resolving the mess, mess it further. Their vote bank should be alive and kicking.
No wonder everyone wants a share in the pie. May be in an ugly way. But that calls for an introspection and not a patchwork or mere verbatim. It's time to rise and kill the perpetual muddle. Reservation on caste should end, caste system should end, politics abetting it should end. And we all should support those who don't have any fair source of income in an earnest way.
Since 1951 the Govt of India had not included any comunity in the list of Scheduled case or Tribe so far. A number of proposals sent by various State Govts are pending years together.For example in the list published By the Govt of India in their Green Book the castes as on 1951 were alone considered as reserved.Even the nomadic tribe like Narikuravas in Tamilnadu is still in Backward class and the efforts taken by the State Govt to include has not materialised even after several decades. It is a fact that ST can get lot of priorities in both Educatin and job opportunities, but a number of them are enjoying the benifits by false certificates.The poor Gujjar community people had not been apprised of the position and this was the reason for their agitation . If their claim is conceeded than atleast 20% of the people in india will agitate to include their community in ST may perhaps the reason for inclusion in the list.After the lapse of 55 years it is unthikable to include any community newly in list of ST/SC, now. It is the duty of the State Govt to lift the depressed class people who ever it might be, by giving both educational opportunities and other infrastructule to bring them forward.The polititions insted of looking for their gains should think of the poor peole and come forward to helpinstead of indusing them for their personal gains
Hello, This is what Bhagwat geeta is teaching all of us that soul is eternal and only body dies. What is the gain in this kind of sacrifice if these souls born as Meenas. We have been taught so many times that we are not those bodies. Still we fight for our bodies. If you want to fight, fight for Just. Fight that all living entities get comfortable life. After all soul can get any body depend on karma. It is said in scriptures that 8 million 400 thousand types of bodies are possible. Then the best thing is do not take birth again. And this is possible by 24 hrs engaging in service of LORD. This reservation and all is temporary thing for just this life. Think beyond that. For a simple life and serving lord, you do not need reservation or more money etc.

the theory of incarnation is actually a misconception which has taken place due the ignorance of old age scholars who intentionally or unintentionally have misguided their own people. there is only two life, sadharan janma and divya janma. this manav janma is sadharan janma as this comes to an end no matter what. after that we are going to have a divya janma which is divine as there will be not end to that life. so let us do the righteous deed and worship the true God instead of idols and demi gods so that we shall get paradise in the divya janma.

go to hell with your reborn ideology. Every one is given one life to prove himself in front of the One.
If you can not make it to this life you will never be able to make it even after reborn, as the soul(basic conscience) is not going to change.

Lord is not so merciless. Even if you are atheist, He takes care of you by providing necessary facility in any life. Hell and Haven is not eternal. Eternal is LORED adobe. So do not worry even if you commit million mistakes HE is still merciful. That is what GOD is great. Allah ho Akbar. If he cannot give us chance how can he be great? Think about it.

All of us are lower class people. In kali yuga everyone is born SUDRA. In Gita lord says that He created the four Verna according to QUALITY NOT Birth. If we do not have Brahmin quality how can we be Brahmin? If you are born to a doctor parent chances are there that you may study medicine, as you will have interest. But instead you may become a peon also. So in Kali yuga We are all sudras only. There is only ONE class. But best thing is even these people also get love of GOD by properly associating with devotees and can know what is purpose of Human life.

if all are born shudra then no body should be allowed to read vedas and other holy scriptures. let us burn the vedas and convert to other religions. any way after burning all the holy scriptures we shall have no way other than embracing to the other religions.

From the time they came into the Indian sub-continent (dates back to Hunas invasion), these people have typically been Rulers and have come under Kshatriya class under Varansrama Dharma (as classified in ancient days).
You might be surprised to know Sardar Vallabhai Patel was a Gurjar.
Now, why the hell these guys want to be called as "Scheduled Tribe".
Therez nothing to stop politicians to play around with "castes". Is there not a democratic way available to question the intentions of politicians like Arjun Singh?
What we need is a "checkpoint" for what politicians do in our country. They seem to be the supreme powerful class of people and in the name of representing people, they have literally dissected our society in all directions. And, About the people. who follow them blindly and indulge in violence -- less said the better.
I think we really need an Elite council in Each state for all departments that can weild the stick against politicians and put the political will at check. I hope something like that happens.

Absolutely, Given the way things are going in India I feel we need to put fear in politicians and people they hire to make trouble alike All will be solved if we completely remove reservations. Sometimes I feel we need something like Guantanamo prison complex to be created in the Andamans. Anyone who makes trouble should be shipped off for 5-10 years.
The Gugjars who died and were cremated, met this end for the savagery,brutishness,nastyness and while acting absolutely wild in sedition waging war against state sovereignty and doing offence of waging war against Govts,no recompense,to their families deserves to be given by the Govts.They have died like animals to this nation,let them be forgotton.Will the Govts.give recompence to terrorists attacking peaceful systems of this country?If they will give,I will challenge before HC and SC,after all Govts are under obligation to not to waste public money for making compromise with antinational elements.Leaders of Gurjars like Bhensla,Sachin Pilot and others requires to be arrested and dealtwith under National Security Act,and they require to be removed from posts of MPs and MLAs.Today they want to dictate at blood bath of people, tomarrow others will try to dictate,sagecity must down at UPA,Sonia and others.

you are talking in typical pandit's language who have ruled and fooled this india for centuries. now people have got enlightened and are embracing other religions to get freedom from the clutches of pandits. one day every body will know the truth and start following true religion and then there will be no way of living for pandits and they will be forced to live like simple human. today they are being treated like gods by some mindless people. some day after the truth is revealed they will be no where important in this world. then they will fight for their share of national wealth and then when die, i shall say the same what you are saying for those who have died in fighting against the mindless poweract of police and govt.

Hi This all due to ediot Arjun Sigh which divided our conuntry based on cast and reservation.We poeple are working hard to bring India on Global Map but thease politician makinig all our effort zero.They are virus of India .We have to remove them.They will not raise any concern if Managment Collge going to Hike fees etc.If you see examplem of Enng. and Medical Collge in Karnatak.No poltician will come with saying this fees should be made such way that all cast would be able to pay.U know the reason beacuse most of Collge belongs to these people only.Only for Vote bank they will do such kind of tings and thease foolish people will go behind them.So it is not there fault it is falut of people of India who are not trying to undersatnd them.No politician will die only poor people.
