by imposing harsh punishment to the human body,you can not set his mental course on right path.criminals shall be treated in the same fashion as is being done in u.s.a.they must not be deprived of electric fan,common room tv,news paper and good library.prevented in association of professional criminals.prison reforms shall be monitored.if man is of good chracter,not dangerous to society,shall be released with financial penality and bond.some persons are by victims of law.because they do not the laws.few persons has knowledge of laws.because we do not teach law.any car owner does not have knowledge of motor vehicle act.ignorance of law is no execuse.but truth is that we do not have knowledge of laws.mr.sanjay datt has fallen in to the trap laid for fear.fear is a psychological disease.do you think having one pistol or gun can save life from the attack of mob.certainly not.snjay datt's association was responsible for today's punishment.law has taken his course.since he is not a threat to society,his case shall be considered on human ground.other criminals's cases, who are going punishment in jails,shall be reviewed.psychologists,eminent retired judges,social scientists and other members shall be included in a team,to find the real cause of events,which lead to breaking of law unintentionally.how to improve their behaviour best suited to society shall be studied and recommendations sent to govt.human beings are not like animals of circus.let us treat them as human beings.
Sanjay Dutt don't mind man - even Ram and Arjun had to go for Vanvaas for 14 and 13 years respectively. So that's ok. This world is not a fair place. At one side you have all the Kashmirir terrorists who have been provided general amnesty after they murdered so many innocent people...
Don't worry - u will be alright - Supreme court will give you justice and even if the supreme court does not set you free , don't mind you can come out a free man at 53 ....

Rao Rajesh .. Are you gone out of your mind ? why the hell are you comparing Arjun and Ram with Sanju baba? Arjun and Ram didnt have any contacts with Dawood or his allies ? Its people like you who are giving the Indian Judiciary bad name. No one is above the law....why dont you say Abu Salem or Yakub Memon to be like Mohammad or some saint ? Just bcos you are Sanju Baba's fan. you cannot overlook the thousands of lives affected due to the bomb blast ! Ask the people of Mumbai who lost their loved ones in the bomb blast ...if they are ready to forgive the Munnabhai ?
Anyways, You wont understand, It needs more education and maturity to understand such events !
Hats off to Judge Kode for fair judgement.But what prevented him giving a day's cutodial permission to enable him to surrender a day later.Sanjay should be bold enough to accept the judgement.Accept circumstances.It will be a tribute to his father and mother Nargis.The time will fly. R.S.Chaudhry
Keeping aside the fact that Mr. Dutt is a celebrity and large amount of money is invested on him, TADA court has passed a judgement in line with the misdeeds done by him. We need to appreciate Mr. Kode, TADA judge for upkeeping the Indian justice system and treating eveyone equally.
I don't see any point of Syed Firdaus Ashraf writing this article and then Rediff publishing this on their website. I can't believe the editorial team at Rediff is this dumb....guys the place in question here in a JAIL and not a Honeymoon Retreat!!
