Bloody Basturds, dont u have any respect for national integrity, u beggers are giving headlines as why hindu sunjay is punished and muslims are free, then from which community YAQUB MENON and his family members belong who himself has been assigned death penality and rest of members are booked for life term in the very same case. instead of showing mercy n courtsey to SANJAY DUTT u rascles are giving ur non sense comments. who are u to decide whether his judgement is correct or wrong?

Yes,You are wright because of Ismalization of our coruupted political leadres.Really this is shamfull thing to all hindus that we are puting them on our head and day is not for when they will rule us like we are slve and they will do whatever they want.Please hindu wake up and do put pressure on political leadres that please do not put these peole on our head otherwise they will cut our head one day.We need Hindu unity like 1992.

I think the decision on Sanju is fair and needs to be appreciated but the only thing i am concerned about is Munnabhai 3. I was really waiting for it...
Sanjay Dutt is a fine actor. One of my favorits. His role in "Lage raho ..." was awesome, and I am sure he has set an example for many to live a good life (at least through that movie). I am sure he has lived his life most civilized in the last decade or so. But nothing erases a crime. No matter how much social or volunteer work you do, or how much charity you do - if somewhere in your life you committed a crime, you would end up paying the penalties for that. I agree, for certain common crimes - including a murder can be pardoned given the adverse circumstances or the overall character of the guilty. But having an arsenal of dozens of hand-graneds and sub-machine gun, and having the ties with the terrorists and mass-murderers - is not a common crime. It is characterized as treason. Why are we even talking about special treatment or fans and bedsheets when the man is convicted for a crime that is not a small crime! Just because he is a celebrity?
I would say instead of six years, give him one year rigorous imprisonment and million dollar fine. I don't think he will serve six years anyways, he will try and will manage to get out in less than a year. So why not cook money from him, he has made plenty.

i agree, give him 2 years punishment (out of which 16 months already served) and impose huge fine on him.

Kisne kaha ki wo sudhar gaya hai (ha uski acting jaroor sudhar gayi hai). Wake up guys and dont blindly follow this film heros. Did u hear the tapes which police had of his conversesation with dubai dons that was after Vastav was releadsed much after he was out of jail. Also he should not have given bail at first but now its time for correction.

Brilliant message Mr. Imran. I firmly believe that our justice system should by law include "community service", "mercy petitions" and also take into account of the passage of time and the travails that it entitles to the parties concerned. These realities cannot be shrugged away and justice must seen to be done, but what is seen as justice must also be done.

Imranji, sahi hai baat aapki. Insaan ko sudhara tab jaa sakta hai, jab woh khud koshish karey. Kaiyon ka to yehi vichaar hai ki wo kuchh bhi karey,sazaa nahi deni chahiye warna wo aur criminal banjayenge. khair,kya kiya jaay. Aap dekhe to saari duniya mein kanoon hai crime ko stop karney ke liye. Thodese pakde jaatein hai baaki ke azaad. In middle-east to kanoon jaldi diya jaata hai,haath pair ya aankhe aur sar bhi kaat liye jaatein hai. Sab apni apni philsafi pe chal rahe hai ji.
I am sorry a wrong person is punished. But it will make other bollywood people learn if they have any relation with underworld, they may get same treatment sooner or later.
I hope Sanjay Dutt will be strong enough to recover from that all, and will set an example when he will be free.

sahi baat hai but ye kehna ke sirf sanjay dutt badal gaya hai aur baaki 99 convicts nahin badle hain ,ye bhi to galat he hai na.
aur ligon ke bhi to biwi bache hai ,families hain fir
think about this too,but i also agree that his verdict is slightly harsh.
