Our sincerest prayer are with you that you get strength to analyze your actions in the prison and finally realize your mistakes. every one is equal before the law and no exception if he is a celebrity.....but the same punishment should be given to salman khan who is caught killing a an animal. Sanjaydutt would have looked for baldakare's help who helped him previously when he is in need.Hatsoff to KODE...
If Sanjay has so much attachment with his daughter, then, can he tell , how many days he has spent with his daughter in last 13-14 yrs? How many phone calls he has done to talk to her?
He has spend more time in Dubai and more calls to Abu Salem and Dawood.
Thank God, Judge did not get carried away by his acting.

He is lucky that his father made the deal with Bal Thakre (Sunil Dutt did not contest during that election year and Shivsena candidate won) which got him only 6 years else he would have got life imprisonment. He thought he could get away as his father was congress MP and very popular and linked.

where did padmashri come from? all i am saying is he got back for whatever he did. n u or me dont know if he was acting in court or not... n neither do we know whether he use to talk to his daughter daily or monthly... so think before u write.
Sanjay should thank the judge for aquitting him from & sentencing only under Arms act. Six years punishment is neither too harsh nor too lenient. The verdict has given a clear message that nobody is above the law & is a lesson for other who might think to follow Sanjay's path.
Today will be remembered as the day when the media reacted similar to how sharks react when thrown a piece of bloody meat. As soon as Sanjay's verdict was announced the media indulged in the highest form of stupidity and insensitivity. Some channels put up lines like "Munna bye" and also ran a background of a song "kaise kate ga har pal". Other "reputed" channels had the anchors solemnly asking Sanjay's friends and well wishers " how they felt on hearing this verdict?" Thisnis of course a standar question that they feel compelled to ask everyone even during times of natural disasters or during times when someone has been killed in an accident. (wonder if they expected anyone to declare their joy during such events)They also gravely tried to draw a parallel between Sanjay's anti-hero roles in his movies with his real life legal problems.
At every point the media, who need to be neutral in their attitude and need only to report the news to their viewers, resorted to bashing up Sanjay and airing their sanctimonious views on how Sanjay had been given his due justice.
I cringed every time some pompous anchor stated that Sanjay was to be treated no different then any other person. Especially when the continous airing of the same news and repeatedly shown clips proved that the media is the one who has made sure that Sanjay has no hope ever of being treated on par with others.
Continuous spotlight and focus on Sanjay by the media has resulted in him being made out to be "an exam

"an example" by the judiciary as there was valid fear and concern that any attempt to be lenient towards this man would result in the media unleashing their wrath on the judge instead.
Today the media does not play a neutral role or act as the eyes of the public. Instead they fan the flames of anger during riots and indulge in gossips to keep issues alive even when their death is in the interest of all concerned. The allure of "TRP's" is more attractive then the noble intention of just reporting facts.
At 1.00 AM morning Sanju is still trying to sleep in his EGG CELL. Trying to sleep straight as this cell EGG like he can't so like MUNNBHAI he stand-up and sleeping now.
Police said he will be shifted to new cell with A/C, Fridge, TV, Cable, DVD, hot tub etc, only after they get there HAFTA so they are waiting for Priya (Sanju's Sis) once she get with money everything will be smooth for him. He will also get Cell Phone and Land line with extra charges. First Night will be tought as News channels are continuously going and watching him.
So guys don't worry about him he is happy man in EGG CELL for now.
Sanjay Dutt has spent 16 months and 12 years of trauma. The aim of judiciary is to to make the conduct of society right. And Kode hands were tied. But ofcourse it is harsh on sanjay as he lives a normal and puposful life. But we should also other hald of the mirroe. he has been acquited from the terrorism charges and found guilty of arms act but this armas act was not an ordinary one. It was related to 1993 bomb blast. Some of similar accused got life imprisonment. It is harsh on Sanjay Dutt but also lenient one. I admire him as an actor and hope Spreme court will show some mercy as Judge has the power to show mercy.
