Sanjay Dutt - Verdict!!
by Sunil Kumar on Aug 01, 2007 03:28 AM  Permalink

Guys, i am glad that many of you have taken a positive approach to the verdict. Without prejudice to anybody, i am glad that neither money or status could buy out Justice - this is a new beginning and i hope this will extend beyond this to cover all those who directly or indirectly effect the innocent public's life. Few pointers in Justice Management in general - (a) We should dispensed justice real quick not after 14 years (b) Bring all criminals to custody however influential or however connected or the connection itself (c) Hold Public Servant responsible for white collar crimes wether in the executive, administration or else where (d) Hold Judges responsible for quick judgement - just delayed in justice denied (e) Provide media access (subjective)to sensitive cases to conduct fair Investigative Journalism (f) International criminals need to be brought to justice through a UN resolution rather than few treaties - it should be rule of law and any country not abiding loses its UN status/privileges for non-compliance (g) Create a global Police force (Interpol like) to pulverise global criminals (h) Stringent guidelines in terms of punishment to be rendered to criminals be carried out in quick session to avoid negotiations of any kind

I hope to see a new world where Justice is Universal - belive me the Globe is shrinking and in the emerging days we need Global Laws to deal with criminal who have no boundaries physical, social and moral. Jai Hind....KSK

Well as a matter of fact, whtever you do, you get that in return. Mr. Dutt had offended and hide the criminal activites frm official which led to many ppl dying. in return he lost his wife and also dint have a good married life with his 2nd wife. secondly lost his mother, thirdly he lost his father. Agreed to the fact that he should be punished. but my fellow citizens, Law was created to make a man human being and not devil with criminal activities. Why are we blaming so much to Sanjay dutt when the real culprit is sitting in dubai. well anyone at sanjay dutt's age would have committed that crime and I bet on it, the situation like hindu-muslim war and underworld ppl taking over, any person can commit such crime. Its was purely due to lack of police enforcement, weak Law and dirty politicians. If you count on reality, every person has committed some or the other crime. well Law makes them correct and in this case I feel Sanjay Dutt have been given punishment by god itself. as he struggles his life. why dont we leave him aside and concetrate more of dawood, chota rajan and anees ibrahim, who are still out and enjoing life inspite of our strong law which gives verdict once in 14 years..

Dawood is responsible for the blast Bombay blast and he ought to be punished. However, the reason Dawood carried out these blasts shopuld be looked into as well. Why should the BJP leaders like L K Advani and Kalyan Singh who conducted the Babry Mosque demolition stay out of jail? They are the ones who started everything. The BJP leaders took the route of fundamentalism!

I completely agree. No body is thinking about the 1993 blasts, the common and innocent people have suffered due to this. Does anybody look it from the other angle, can you bring back the dead, remove the grief in the lives of people who lost heir loved ones? May be this might just give a little happiness to the families who lost their loved ones and peace to their soul. I agree mistakes are made by humans but there should be an end to this and may be as someone else is suffering, today Sanjay Dutt has to suffer, Just put it that way. This proves the statement worng JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED

How can you say that the suffering of Sanjay Dutt will alleviate the suffering of the kith and kin of the ones who died??
The relatives of the dead are more keen to see the mastermind behind bars or maybe even hanged!!
They do not harbor intense hatred towards the small fry like Dutt!! This is not to say that dutt should get away scot free; it is just to substantiate the point that bomb blast victim families would feel that justice has been delivered only when nemesis overtakes the mastermind!!

Justice for all is fair but tell me how many criminals walking freely in this soceity. i 'm not trying to support sanjay dutt bacause we are not aware for what reason sanjay dutt has to get involved in this ! if we try to understand most of the criminal intention, they do it for money , power or revenge. i just dont understand , man like sanjay dutt with a very good background, as we know he is son of sunil dutt and nargis.., needs money , power nor politics. when underworld don were dominating or should i say controlling Trade , real estates , industries and even bollywood..what was the government doing ?????? who are the criminals here ! can any one justify what benifit will sanjay dutt will get by supporting / helping under world don's. what was the circumstances which made him to do that is not clear. our system should change. prevention better than cure !

Hi all

By profession Sanjay Dutt is actor in real life bz of acquiring gun Ak 56 he is criminal mind person.

He knows the people around him were giving him fire arms, guns and bombs. He kept rifle and given everything back. He knows bombs are coming as an ordinary citizen he didn't inform authority regarding this situation. Judge kode has done nice Job giving this guy punishment.

we should congratulate Judge Kode for doign justice who died in Bombay Blast. Why we forgets Bombay blast victim for this criminal fellow. He is criminal and he should behind bars no sympathy bz of him my fellow indian brother died.

Are you saying that Sanjay Dutt had an ACTIVE role to play in the riots??

If that were the case, he could have escaped abroad to a country which does not have any extradition treaty with India and saved himself!!

The fact that he did not do that and abided by the law is proof of the fact that what Sanjay Dutt did in 1993 was an aberration and not true to his chracter!!

Nobody can accuse him of being a seasoned crminal cos he does not have a criminal record, barring that case!!

I'am not condoning Dutt's actiosn; i'am saying that he is not really a hardcore crminal!! He has transgressed and for that he is paying a price!!

To that extent, Sanjay Dutt is an unlucky person!!

Rahul, i empathize with your feelings!! But at no stage during the investigation was it proved that Mr Dutt had an inkling of the heinous crime that was to follow!! Definitely not the extent and scale of the crime!!

Still, as i said, he transgressed and will now pay a price for it!!

Don't talk crap Mr "By ON", you don't even have the guts to come out with your real name!!

What are you trying to say?? Don't try to be oversmart, cos if you think you are being smart by commenting like a cynical person, i'll say you are mistaken!!

You are just coming across as a mentally unstable individual!!

Statements like "He is no coward", "Sanjay becoming CM/PM" reeks of a lunatic mind!!

And i mean it!!

Your reply itself shows your demented mind!!

I have not made any lunatic demented statements, you have only made statements of a lunatic!! And you deserve to be in an asylum!!

Sample these statements "He is no coward. he made friends in India", what are you trying to prove??

So, you are saying that Dawood is a coward, then you say that "Dawood does not have godfather" so are you implying that if he had a godfather he would have stayed put??

All these statements show who is the lunatic, and yes, if you are trying to impress someone, you have succeeded!! Some female who is a lunatic like you would surely be impressed!!

All the best!!
