"Seeing no hopes, Dutt again stood up and requested the judge that he would be grateful if was lodged alongside his fellow co-accused Yusuf Nallwala. Accepting this request, Judge Kode told the public prosecutor, 'Both Nallwala and Sanjay Dutt can be kept in the same barrack." This request instead of a request to give him special facilities as he is an income tax assessee confirm that Dutt`s heart is with his fellow prisoners . He wanted either total freedom or fellowship with other criminals.'
Gandhi spent so many days in jail. Dear sanju read all the gandhi books and you will see him for sure. You will have nice company with him. Tension nehin lene ka sanju, bapu hain na.
Sanjay Dutt has NOT been found guilty of any terrorist act, let alone bomb blasts. He has been found guilty of illegally possessing a weapon and then destroying it. Don't name him a terrorist for God's sake. What about people who are selling fake medicines? People who are mowing down people with their cars - Sanjeev Nanda walks a free man! Killers of Nitish Katara? Politicians who are responsible for so many communal violences? In the light of all this & more, do you want to give a rigorous punishment for 6 years to this guy? Do you know how many people carry illegal arms in the country? Ever heard of desi 'kattas'?

Sharad,
A crime is a crime is a crime. Mind you, history couldnt bring Hitler or Polpot to justice either. Doesnt mean that other criminals shouldnt be punished. Please read the statement in the news - "Lodged in the same row as Dutt is notorious gangster Abu Salem. He was the man who delivered the AK-56 rifle at the actor's residence at the behest of underworld don Dawood Ibrahim's brother Anees Ebrahim."
You just fall for a good acting of munna bhai and think he is a gandhi. hah.. I give a damn to Munna Gandhi in front of a soilder who gaurds the borders of my country.
